NON-DRIP UPSIDE DOWN BOTTLES
The need for a bottom dispensing package comprising a base having an orifice comprising a slit-valve, which is less prone to leakage, even when a lower viscosity product is comprised in the container, is met by providing the container with a more elastic resiliently squeezable container.
BEAUTY CARE PRODUCT
A beauty care product comprising a sealable plastic container, a sealing means and a beauty care component is provided, wherein the container of which is resistant to random, uncontrolled deformation under a substantial pressure differential between the environment and inside the container, yet having an affordable cost of manufacture and/or being appealing to the consumer. A kit comprising said product thereof, a method of manufacturing said product, and a method of using said product for application onto skin and/or hair are also provided.
RESIN CONTAINER
There is provided a resin container including an upper surface portion, a side surface portion connected to the upper surface portion, and a bottom surface portion disposed on a side opposite to the upper surface portion and connected to the side surface portion. A round corner surface portion is formed to the side surface portion . A first folding deformation inducing portion is formed on the round corner surface portion. When the container is viewed from a side surface portion side such that a central axis of the container and the round corner surface portion overlap with each other, the first folding deformation inducing portion is oblique with respect to the central axis.
CONTAINER APPARATUS
A container has a container body extending along a longitudinal axis from a bottom end to a top end. The container body may define an internal cavity for holding a substance. The container body may include one or more shoulders, such as a first and/or second shoulder (e.g., axial shoulder). The shoulders may be located at the top end of the container. The container may include a neck located (e.g., nesting) between the first and second axial shoulder. The neck may be configured to accept a closure device. The neck may have an inner surface that defines a passageway into the internal cavity. The container may include one or more impact absorbing regions, such as a first axial impact absorbing region. The first axial impact absorbing region may be configured to absorb an axial force applied to the first axial shoulder and/or the second axial shoulder.
Plastic bottle, in particular toilet cleanser bottle, and attachment and bottle container for such a plastic bottle
A plastic bottle, in particular a toilet cleanser bottle, has a bottle container, preferably formed by blow-molding, with a bottle neck and an angled attachment. The attachment is snapped onto the bottle neck in a direction of placement. The bottle neck has a first snap connection element and the attachment has a second snap connection element. In order to ensure a defined angular orientation between the angled attachment and the bottle container, an anti-rotation lock is formed between the attachment and the bottle neck, in particular between the two snap connection elements. To this end, preferably the snap connection elements engage positively with one another by way of toothings. Alternatively, an elevation having recesses is formed on a bottle shoulder for ensuring the anti-rotation lock.
SQUARE BOTTLE
A peripheral groove is defined by a bottom surface, an upper side surface, and a lower side surface, and, in at least one of the upper side surface and the lower side surface, a radially outer end edge of an end portion positioned at a circumferential end portion of a panel surface portion is further away in a bottle axis direction from the bottom surface toward an adjacent corner surface portion when viewed from the outside in the radial direction.
DEFORMATION OF THIN WALLED BODIES BY REGISTERED SHAPING
A machine for shaping an initially tubular cylindrical preform to form a non-round shape in registration with printed or similarly applied surface decoration or the like on the preform, comprises: a conveyor for carrying a series of the preforms; a tool table having a plurality of tool stations between which the preforms are conveyed by indexed motion of the conveyor, the tool table being reciprocable along an axis towards and away from the conveyor, to bring forming tools at the tool stations into and out of operative engagement with the preforms; a registered shaping tool at at least one of the tool stations operatively arranged to deform the preforms to an out-of-round shape; at least one sensor operatively arranged to determine the angular orientation of each preform in a plane normal to the reciprocation axis; at least one reorientation actuator operatively arranged to cause relative rotation between each preform and the registered shaping tool, whereby the registered shaping tool and the preforms are brought into a predetermined relative angular orientation about an axis of the preform at the registered shaping tool station; the relative rotation with respect to a given preform taking place during a plurality of reciprocations of the tool table and/or indexing movements of the conveyor. Improved embossing/debossing tools are also disclosed.
GRIP CONTAINER SYSTEM
A food packaging container is provided. The container comprises a molded body defining a longitudinal axis, and including a plurality of sides and a plurality of axial corners. Each corner has a recess including a first portion and a second portion. Each of the first portions includes an axial grip surface where the grip surfaces are aligned with the body in an orientation for gripping. In some embodiments, packaging products, containers, handles, tooling, applicators and methods are disclosed.
Perform extended finish for processing light weight ecologically beneficial bottles
Disclosed are preforms which incorporate improvements in the region of the neck and upper segment of the body to allow the production of lightweight containers, such as bottles suitable for containing water or other beverages. In accordance with certain embodiments, the improvements include a thinner neck finish area than conventional bottles, where the thinner area is extended into the upper segment of the body portion below the support ring. Reducing the thickness in these areas of the bottle allows for less resin to be used in forming the preform and bottle.
CONTAINER WITH METERING CAP
A container (6) and a metering cap (3) are designed to be fitted together and include a cap (3) defined as a concave component with a curved top and a sloping cylindrical neck on the side thereof, with a mouth (1) that can be closed by a stopper (T), the lower distal end (1a) of the neck extending into the concave cavity defined by the cap (3), wherein this extension does not project beyond the bottom plane defined by the lower peripheral edge (9) of the cap (3); and wherein the container (6) comprises a hemispherical protrusion (2) which corresponds to a cavity (Oi) located on one side of the top of the container (6).
