Containment vessel for filling, storing and dispensing motor oil and similar fluids
20180297750 · 2018-10-18 ·

The container bottle of the present invention offers improved pouring capability for dispensing motor oil and similar fluids from the container into an automotive engine or other equipment by controlling liquid outflow sufficiently for the average end user to avoid unintended content spillage and thereby avoid the need for the use of a funnel for pouring assistance. The design of the present invention includes an integral barrier and flow channel while remaining economically in line with present day containers.

VACUUM PANEL FOR NON-ROUND CONTAINERS
20180297764 · 2018-10-18 ·

A container including at least one sidewall. The sidewall includes first and second vacuum panels, and a plurality of first and second ribs. The first and second vacuum panels are recessed beneath an outer surface of the sidewall. The second vacuum panel is spaced apart from, and vertically aligned with, the first vacuum panel. The plurality of first ribs protrude outward from the first vacuum panel. The plurality of second ribs protrude outward from the second vacuum panel.

Pressure container with differential vacuum panels

An improved blow molded plastic container having generally rounded sidewalls that are adapted for hot-fill applications has two adjacent sides and two pairs of controlled deflection panels, each pair reacting to vacuum pressure at differing rates of movement, whereby one pair inverts under vacuum pressure and the other pair remains available for increased squeezability or extreme vacuum extraction. The opposing sidewalls are symmetric relative to vacuum panel and rib shape and placement. The ribs and controlled deflection panels cooperate to retain container shape upon filling and cooling and also improves bumper denting resistance, decreases vacuum pressure within the container, and increases light weight capability.

CONTAINER FOR RECEIVING AN ENTERAL NUTRITION SOLUTION

Disclosed is a container comprising an opening to bring an enteral nutrient solution into or out of the container, a base which lies opposite the opening in a direction of longitudinal extent of the container for depositing of the container upright on an underlying surface, a hanging element arranged on the base in a first position extending substantially along the base, or in a second position where it protrudes at an angle from a plane defined by the base, and a hinge device which connects the hanging element to the base at a first end of the hanging element, to transfer the hanging element from the first into the second position. A receiving region for the hanging element is formed in the base. The hanging element can be releasably fixed in the first position using a connecting device. The hanging element is fixed movably within the first position.

Large format container

Provided is a blow molded container including a bottom, four sidewalls extending upward from the bottom to a shoulder region, a neck disposed on the shoulder region and defining an opening at the top of the container, and vertical ribs extending from the shoulder region to the bottom along the sidewalls. The shoulder region includes shoulder ribs and a shoulder base portion, the shoulder ribs formed of should rib walls extending upward from the shoulder base portion and a shoulder rib top portion extending between shoulder rib walls to form an upper part of the shoulder ribs. Each shoulder rib extends from the neck to an upper part of a corresponding vertical rib to provide improved top load resistance at the top and neck of the container.

Methods, systems and apparatuses for management and storage

The present invention relates to systems, methods, and apparatuses for the management, distribution, dispensing, and administration of consumer products, including over-the-counter and prescription medications through use of a product container labeling system and an optional integrated computer-based or online management system. In certain aspects, the invention relates to a product container comprising a hollow body, a child-resistant cap, and a specialized information label affixed to the hollow body.

BOTTLE WITH OFFSET SPOUT AND COUNTER-BALANCED BASE
20180282011 · 2018-10-04 ·

A bottle having a generally short cylindrical body, an offset spout and a flat base generally opposite the spout is disclosed. The base includes a gently curved toe portion and a heel portion opposite the toe portion. The heel portion is weighted such that if the bottle is rolled along its forward edge and released it will return to a static position sitting on the base.

Transparent bottles including faceted side walls

A transparent bottle for holding a liquid includes a bottle body that includes a front wall, a rear wall and a first side wall and a second side wall that extend between the front wall and the rear wall. The first side wall includes a central portion and a front faceted portion that extends between the central portion and the front wall. The front faceted portion is curved relative to the central portion and is separated from the central portion by a front outer transition line and is separated from the front wall by a front inner transition line. A bottom that extends between the front wall, the rear wall and the first and second side walls. The bottom provides a base structure for supporting the bottle in an upright, standing position. A shoulder extends inward from the bottle body and a neck extends outward from the shoulder toward a mouth.

BOTTLE WITH RIBBED NECK

A plastic bottle including a body portion, a neck portion extending from the body portion, and a plurality of equally sized and spaced ribs disposed around a circumference of the neck portion. The body portion can be configured to contain liquid. The neck portion can define an opening for dispensing liquid from the bottle and have a central axis. Each of the plurality of ribs can extend across an interface region between the neck portion and the body portion. Each of the plurality of ribs can extend across the interface region at an angle relative to the central axis of the neck. Each of the plurality of ribs can have a length of 1 mm to 10 mm.

Flat-bottomed plastics container

A container made of plastics material, provided with a body and with a bottom in the continuation of the body at a lower end of the body. The bottom has an oblong curved contour and includes a seating surface forming a standing plane of the container. In example embodiments, the standing plane has an oblong closed curved shape extending along a longitudinal median axis and a transverse median axis. In example embodiments, the standing plane has an arch extending from the seating surface as far as a central zone of the bottom, the arch delimiting a concavity oriented toward the outside of the container.
