Nestable containers having nestable lid arrangements
A container (10) comprises a base (12), upstanding walls (14) on the base and a lid arrangement (16) pivotally attacked to at least one of the walls at a hinge (17). The lid arrangement is pivotally moveable about the hinge from an open position to a closed position. When the lid arrangement (16) is in the open position, the container (10) can be nested within a similar further container having a similar further lid arrangement, and the lid arrangement (16) can be received within the further lid arrangement in a nested condition of the lid arrangements.
TRAY SYSTEM FOR DISPLAY, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF BOTTLES
A tray system includes a first tray having a plurality of stacking units. In one embodiment, each stacking unit forms a lower receptacle for receiving a neck portion of a first bottle, and an upper receptacle for receiving a base portion of a second bottle to be stacked above the first bottle. The lower receptacle has a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a sidewall connecting the first end with the second end. The first end forms an opening for receiving a neck of a first bottle into the lower receptacle. The sidewall has a taper that prevents racking. The tray system may also include a second tray and a pallet.
PALLET WITH SKIRT
The invention is directed to a skirt system for use with a pallet carrying goods. The skirt interacts with features on a support pad for quick and easy set up. The skirt is used to cover a stack of pallets supporting the goods and provide a visually pleasing display for such products.
LOAD CAP
A load cap (10) comprises a central portion (12) having an edge (14), and a rim arrangement (16) on the edge. The rim arrangement comprises a plurality of corrugations (20) extending substantially parallel to the edge.
Pallet stacking board construction
A pallet stacking board comprising a laminate structure is provided in which a non-woven polypropylene geotextile fabric material is used to create a suitably shaped bag in which a rigid or semi-rigid polyurethane material is injected, and allowed to react and cure. The upper and lower exterior surfaces of the pallet stacking board are coated with a non-slip material which is preferably provided by a polyurethane coating material so as to provide a textured finish. The pallet stacking boards provide desirable non-slip properties while being readily manufactured using automated procedures.

The lower receptacle has a first end, a second end opposite the first end, and a sidewall connecting the first end with the second end. The first end forms an opening for receiving a neck of a second bottle into the lower receptacle. The tray system may also include a second tray and a pallet.
SHIPPING UNIT LOAD WITH INCREASED STABILITY AND/OR SHIPPING EFFICIENCY
Cargo assemblages including a pallet, a load of packages arranged in one or more layers. and a support layer, in which the support layer is sized and positioned within the cargo assemblage to support and/or stabilize the cargo, thereby providing improved pallet efficiency, improved shipping efficiency, and/or improved stability.
Package configuration for empty sheet-formed containers
Package includes stacks of empty containers matingly stacked, panels each having a main surface with peripheral walls, and support members. A first level includes a first panel, one or more stacks of egg containers laid horizontally on the main surface of the first panels within the peripheral walls, and said support members extending from the first panel to a top of the first level. A second level includes a second panel laid on the first level in contact with the support members, one or more stacks of containers laid horizontally on a surface of the second panel within the peripheral walls, and support members extending from the second panel to a top of the second level. A panel is disposed on an uppermost level and having its peripheral walls covering a top of the sides of the uppermost level and in contact with the support members of the uppermost level.
