MULTI PIECE FITMENT FOR A FLUID CONTAINER
This disclosure relates generally to a containment system for containing a fluid. More specifically, the disclosure relates to a fitment for attaching a liner within a container and providing a fluid path from the liner to an outside of the containment system. The liner and at least a part of the fitment provide the wetted surfaces for the containment system, while the fitment has a portion that can be joined to an outer container that, for example, provides rigidity and light protection. The fitment may be a two-piece fitment with a liner fitment to which the liner may be joined, and a retainer that may be joined to a container, where the liner fitment and the retainer are joined to one another, for example by a mechanical connection. The liner and liner fitment may be fluoropolymers or other non-reactive polymers. The container and retainer may be UV-blocking polymers.
BEVERAGE BLADDER SYSTEM AND APPARATUS
A preservation device allows for the safe storage of wine and other liquids subject to change over time. When wine is stored in a partially filled container, the wine degrades due to the presence of oxygen. The preservation device has an integral inelastic low mass barrier bag that fits within the wine bottle, in an unexpanded or collapsed form. The barrier can be expanded into the headspace of the container by introducing air into the bag from a pump, excluding ambient gasses and reducing the amount of air in contact with the stored fluid. Because of its low mass, the inelastic barrier bag remains substantially expanded in the container due to the surface attraction with the container walls as well as the rigidity imparted to the barrier bag by its material characteristics. No stopper is required to maintain the barrier in an expanded state.
Collapsible and reusable container of liquids
A container (1) for liquid is described, comprising a base (2), a lid (3), a jacket (4) and an inner bag (5). The jacket extends (4) between the base (2) and the lid (3), defining with them a closed inner volume. The inner bag (5) is interchangeably positioned in the inner volume and can be filled with a liquid. In the filled configuration, the inner bag (5) holds upright the container; in the emptied configuration the inner (5) bag is bent on itself and the container is collapsed with the lid (3) close to the base (2) or in abutment thereon. The jacket (4) is a tubular member made of a laminar material that can be bent on itself like a textile, for example a band that can be bent like bellows. This feature allows switching easily from the upright configuration to the collapsed or bent one, without the needas in solutions of the known artto overturn rigid parts, disassemble envelopes or guide the rings defining the metal meshes.
PALLET-LIKE UNDERSTRUCTURE FOR TRANSPORT AND STORAGE CONTAINERS FOR LIQUIDS
A pallet-like understructure, in particular for transport and storage containers for liquids, which are equipped with an inner container made of plastic, with a closable filling neck and a draining neck for connecting a tapping armature, wherein the understructure has an outer jacket made of a metal grid or sheet metal, and a bottom (13) for supporting the inner container, corner feet and central feet arranged between the corner feet, as well as a bottom cross member (16), wherein at least the outer jacket and the bottom cross member are attached to at least two central feet, wherein the respective central foot, the outer jacket and the bottom cross member are coupled in a form-fitting fashion with the aid of a screw (45), wherein there is a bracket (28), which reaches around the bottom cross member (16) and around a peripheral edge of the outer jacket, wherein the screw (45) penetrates legs (29, 30) of the bracket.
SELF-STANDING FOLDABLE CONTAINER APPARATUSES AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
A self-standing foldable composite container apparatus comprises, preferably, a vertical cuboid body, namely having the shape of a square prism, rectangular prism, or cube. The container apparatus may be made from one or a plurality of layers of woven polymeric material, further having plastic inserts therein to maintain the shape thereof, reinforce the sides thereof, and further allow the containers to self-stand. The top and bottom of the container apparatus may comprise covers that may be relatively flat, the top cover having a flap openable by one or more zippers and having at least a pair of lifting loops for lifting the same with a forklift or other like lifting mechanism. Methods of using the same are further provided.
Foil cartridge, support sleeve and cartridge system
A foil cartridge Tillable with a fluid, includes a film bag cartridge forming a cartridge sleeve, and a solid head part including at least one outlet opening to dispense the fluid out of the foil cartridge and an external thread to attach the foil cartridge to a support sleeve. The film bag cartridge is attached to the head part in an area of the external thread.
Temperature-controlled container
A temperature-controlled container that includes an outer box structure that defines an inner cavity; an inner box structure that is constructed and arranged for engagement into the cavity that is formed in the outer box structure; said inner box structure having an open passage for accommodating an item the temperature of which is to be controlled, and a wheat straw material that is disposed in the outer box structure between respective sidewalls of the outer box structure and the inner box structure, and that is disposed in the open space between a bottom of the inner box structure and a bottom of the outer box structure. The inner box structure has a height that is less than a height of the outer box structure so as to define an open space between a bottom of the inner box structure and a bottom of the outer box structure. An insert that is constructed and arranged for insertion into the open passage and over the item the temperature of which is to be controlled.
PUSH-TYPE REFILLABLE COSMETIC CONTAINER
Proposed is a refillable cosmetic container to which an inner container containing cosmetic contents is coupled. The inner container is inserted into an outer container so that a coupling part (22) provided on the upper portion of the inner container (20) is coupled to the stepped part (12) provided on the upper portion of the outer container (10), and a press groove (15) is formed on the first side of the stepped part of the outer container to be recessed downward, so the inner container can be simply separated by the gap formed as the upper portion of the second side of the inner container is lifted upward from the outer container by downwardly pushing the press groove of the outer container on the first side of the upper portion of the inner container, thus making it convenient to refill and use the inner container.
Multi-compartment food package with suspended topping container
A multi-compartment food package is disclosed including a food bowl to hold a first food (e.g., hummus) and an independent second food container to hold a second food (e.g., a topping to be added to the first food). In one embodiment, a peel-off film is removably attached across the first food container below the top thereof. A lid is detachably connected to the first food container to surround the second food container. The lid has an annular container retaining groove formed therein and extending downwardly therefrom towards the first food container. The second food container is surrounded and frictionally engaged by the annular container retaining groove, whereby the second food container is removably attached to and suspended downwardly from the lid to be received through the top of the first food container and seated on the peel-off film located below the top thereof.
PACKAGE-INSIDE-A-VACUUM-SEALED-PACKAGE SYSTEM FOR PROBIOTICS, DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS, AND OTHER LIVE PRODUCTS
A bottle-within-a-bottle technology is presented herein, where the outer container is vacuum sealed to protect against oxygen, heat, light, moisture etc. and to extend the shelf-life of probiotics, dietary supplements, or any other live (life) products within the inner packaging. This invention is an innovative method of packaging for live or sensitive products. The vacuum sealing technique is used to obtain the beneficial effects of live products. Vacuum-sealing enhances the shelf-life of beneficial microorganisms which must survive for the good gut health of the consumer. The bottle-within-a-bottle technology does not need to change industry standards. The bottle-within-a-bottle technology conceals the deformed container, which is inevitable with direct vacuuming. The bottle-within-a-bottle technology prevents powder leakage of capsules due to air pressure changes.
