A versatile trash bag has a mouth that is biased open to facilitate putting refuse in the bag and a plurality of handles for hanging the bag from a variety of objects. The trash bag is maintained in a wide-open configuration to facilitate a user's ability to place trash or access the contents therein. The bags also have structure to close and seal the open mouth.

Disclosed herein is a trash collection device. In some embodiments, the trash collection device is placed under a seat and multiple bags are available. By having multiple bags available, the amount of time for cleanup is reduced by not having to clean trash off the ground and by not having to replace bags after every use.

A flexible pail having a container that is adapted to stand upright. The container may have a flexible sheet, a cover, a base, a flap and an odor barrier. The cover may be attached to a first upper end of the flexible sheet, while the base may be attached to a second lower end of the flexible sheet. The cover may have a flap pivotably attached thereto, such that the flap is adapted to pivot between an open position and a closed position. The cover may further have an opening and an odor barrier disposed in the opening.

An apparatus for disposing waste at a seat comprising a seat body having a topside for supporting a user and an underside opposite to the topside. The apparatus comprises a moveable bottom portion mounted below the underside of the seat body on one or more arms configured to allow the moveable bottom portion to move between an open position and a closed position, a first waste bag support positioned below the underside of the seat body and a second waste bag support positioned on an upper side of the moveable bottom portion. Each arm comprises one or more springs for biasing the moveable bottom portion into the closed position.

The present invention provides a waste receptacle comprising an outer bag having a flexible construction forming an opening at a top side and at least a pair of upper straps capable a third strap for retaining peripheral items, of attaching the receptacle to a rail, a lid attached at a top of bag to close the opening. The receptacle having an inner bag having a backbone circumferentially disposed around the inner bag to help maintain the inner bag in a generally cylindrical shape, the inner bag insertable through the opening of the outer bag and a pull string to disposed at the top of the inner bag being capable to cinch the top of the inner bag closed and a buoyant float member disposed in the outer bag.

An apparatus for waste disposal comprises a seat bottom comprising a seat body having a topside for supporting a user and an underside opposite to the topside. The underside comprises a moveable bottom portion. One or more arms are attached between a bottom of the seat body and a top of the moveable bottom portion. Each arm has a first end and a second end, with the first end of each arm attached to the bottom of the seat body and the second end of each arm attached to the top of the moveable bottom portion. A first waste bag support is provided on the bottom of the seat body and a second waste bag support is provided on the top of the moveable bottom portion.

Waste container including at least one wall defining an interior space receivable of a bag and a bag handling assembly coupled to the wall(s). The bag handling assembly includes a bag support defining an opening and including a membrane having at least one slot. Each slot is defined by a pair of opposed walls, possibly parallel to one another, and a curved wall at each end of the slot connecting the opposed walls together. The opposed walls of each slot are spaced apart a distance to enable a bag, when inserted through the slot(s), to be pinched by the opposed walls.

A portable removable and disposable waste collection apparatus comprises at least one bag, a header, and an attachment means. In an embodiment, the header retains and/or supports the at least one bag, the attachment means allows for the at least one bag to attach to an object, and the at least one bag is used as a receptacle for litter. A plurality of bags may be held together and in place by the header of the apparatus. The header may also securely receive the attachment means of the apparatus, such that when a user separates a bag from the apparatus, the attachment means keep the rest of the apparatus attached to an object so that the apparatus can be used again to collect waste, i.e. by way of another unused bag of the plurality of bags.

A waste receptacle device 101 for compacting waste 1101 comprises a container 102 for receiving a waste bag 103, a suction mechanism 201 and a heating mechanism 202. The suction mechanism extracts a fluid such as air 1103 from the interior of the waste bag so as to compact the waste bag to a compacted state. The heating mechanism applies heat 1106 to an internal cavity 105 of the container to maintain the waste bag in the compacted state. A method of compacting waste is also disclosed.
