INTEGRATED TRASH BAG HANGER
A trash bin hanger comprises a backboard formed from a rigid base member having a front surface and a rigid lip on an upper portion of a rear surface. The rigid lip can hook on a bin with a cavity such that the front and rear surface submerge into the cavity while being supported by the rigid lip when hooked over a rear vertical surface of the bin. A set of rigid rails rigidly attach to the backboard at the front surface of the rigid base member, and extend from the rigid base member towards a front of the bin within the cavity, to support an envelope of trash bags. A trash bag is opened to extend along the set of rails.
WASTE RECEPTACLE
A waste cart comprising: a base housing, a center upright having a proximal end and a distal end where the proximal end is secured to the base housing, a top housing secured to the distal end of the center upright, the top housing having two or more disposal openings for two or more separate disposal portions, a first waste portion which has a first metal detector and an indicator system for providing a notification when a metal item is passes through the opening; a second waste portion which includes a second metal detector and an indicator system for providing a notification when a metal item is passes through the opening, an electronics module which operates each metal detector independently and an alarm indicator operationally associated with the electronics module which is activated whenever the electronics module detects the passage of a piece of metal into a waste portion.
TRASH RECEPTACLE WITH STORAGE COMPARTMENT
A trash receptacle for storing garbage and other objects includes
a container with a base wall and a perimeter wall. The perimeter wall is coupled to and extends upwardly from the base wall, and an upper edge of the perimeter wall defines an opening to the container. A storage compartment is coupled to the base wall of the container and comprises a tubular wall and a drawer. The tubular wall defines a channel which extends laterally with respect to the container and defines a pair of apertures to the channel which are laterally spaced with respect to the container. The drawer is slidably coupled to the tubular wall.

Waste container and methods of use
Waste storage devices are provided. The waste storage device is capable of sharing information concerning the health of a user. The waste storage device includes a sampling area in the interior of the container configured to detect the presence of one or more volatile organic compounds. The waste storage device is in communication with a server system capable of generating and delivering a notification to a user. Methods for communicating a health state of a user are also provided.
Waste sorting apparatus and method
Provided is a waste sorting apparatus having a receiving compartment for receiving at least one object disposed by a user, an object detection system associated with the receiving compartment and configured to classify the at least one object in one of a plurality of predetermined types of object, and a sorting system configured for selectively directing the at least one object to a respective one of a plurality of collecting receptacles based on the classification of the at least one object. The object detection system identifies a location of the at least one object in the receiving compartment. The sorting system has holding devices for holding one or more of the at least one object in the receiving compartment when selectively directing one or more other of the at least one object to a respective collecting receptacle, in case multiple objects of different types are detected in the receiving compartment.
Systems and methods for enhancing waste disposal and energy efficiency using sensor and alternative power technologies
A computer system including sensor and alternative power technologies for enhancing waste disposal and energy efficiency using is provided. The computer system may be configured to receive waste data and recycling data from at least one sensor located proximate to a waste bin, and determine a level of waste in the waste bin based upon the received waste data, and a level of contamination of the waste bin based upon the received recycling data. The computer system may be also configured to determine whether collection of waste in the waste bin or decontamination of the waste bin is required. The computer system may be further configured to generate an alert including information corresponding collection or decontamination of the waste bin, and transmit the alert to one or more client devices associated with at least one user.

WASTE RECEPTACLES
A waste receptacle includes a body and a grate. The body includes one or more sidewalls and one or more slats. The one or more sidewalls define a reuse bin chamber and a waste bin chamber, wherein the reuse bin chamber is sized to receive a reuse bin, and the waste bin chamber is sized to receive a waste bin. The one or more slats extending from the one or more sidewalls and disposed above the reuse bin chamber and the waste bin chamber. The grate is positioned above the waste bin chamber and extends from a lower edge to an upper edge, wherein the lower edge is coupled to the one or more slats, and the upper edge is coupled to the one or more sidewalls.
