Trash container
A trash container includes a base; a first elongated section pivotally attached to the base; a second elongated section pivotally attached to the base and pivotally attached to the first elongated section; and a hinge secured to and extending from the base and fixedly attached to both the first elongated section and the second elongated section.
Waste collection container with water separation reservoir
A waste collection container has vertical walls extending up from a horizontal base and a raised floor supported on a ledge above the base to define a primary collection chamber above the raised floor and a liquid collection reservoir between the base and the raised floor. The top surface of the raised floor is sloped downwardly from the outer periphery to a central elongate grate to direct rain water and other liquid in the primary collection chamber to the grate and into the lower liquid collection chamber. When the waste collection container is inverted to dump the collected waste into a truck, water and other liquid remains trapped in the lower reservoir, thereby reducing the load weight of the truck. One or more drain holes near the base of the container allow the liquid to be drained out of the liquid collection reservoir.
CABLE ASCENDED CONTAINER UNLOADER
The present disclosure is a cable ascended container unloader for construction, including a lift cable. In an embodiment of the disclosure, cable ascended container unloader may include a frame including an attachment point configured to attach to a lift cable, a second frame to rotate downward with and a means of quick attachment to a trashcan, and a releasing drop lever for use to unload the trashcan. The cable ascended container unloader may further have an attachment point ready to attach to a lift cable or lift chain.
Garbage box, garbage collection system, and garbage collection method
A garbage box includes an opening-closing unit and a switch on a predetermined surface, the switch being a switch by which the opening-closing unit is opened. The garbage box is installed such that the predetermined surface faces a base surface with a predetermined interval from the base surface, the base surface being a floor surface or a ground surface.
Semi-autonomous tug apparatus
A trash bin tug carried on a pair of drive wheels driven by reversible motors and carrying a swivel support arm projecting upwardly and rearwardly towards a bin. The support arm carries a latch which cooperates with the support arm and tug to, upon being latched, support the front of the bin elevated from the support surface. The steps of selecting a tug with a support arm and carried on reversible drive wheels to be maneuvered from a remote control into position to engage a handle on a trash bin and latch onto the handle to elevate the front of the trash bin from the support surface.
GARBAGE CAN LID LOCKING DEVICE FOR USE WITH TRUCK HAVING A MECHANICAL ARM
A lid retaining device adapted to secure the lid of a container. The device adapted for receipt on the container and for contact with a mechanical arm of a garbage truck, wherein a grasping force applied to the device will move the device from a closed position to an open position. The device having a lid retaining means with an adjustable height, the height adapted to allow the lid be retained at a position that is not completely closed.
Front load refuse container and lift pocket assembly
A front load refuse container made according to this invention has its four walls integrally formed out of a single piece of sheet metal. To form the walls, the single sheet is welded along a single vertical seam to form a circular-shaped ring. The circular-shaped ring is subjected to a swaging process that produces a rectangular-shaped ring with rounded corners. The container includes a lift pocket, formed from a single sheet, that defines half-hexagon-shaped prong receiving channel.
APPARATUS FOR TRANSPORTING AN OBJECT
An apparatus is configured to transport an object between a first location and a second location. An attachment mechanism attaches the apparatus to the object and a battery powers the apparatus. The apparatus includes one or more sensors which measure characteristics of the external environment and at least one wheel configured to mechanically drive the apparatus. A processor determines a path between the first location and the second location and control the at least one wheel to drive the apparatus along the path.
Waste container
A waste container includes a base wall and an outer wall extending upward from a periphery of the base wall to define an upper opening. The outer wall includes an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion has a larger dimension in a forward and rearward direction than the lower portion. A vertical stress channel is formed in a rear portion of the outer wall. The vertical channel extends across the lower portion of the outer wall and upward partially into the upper portion. A lid may be pivotably mounted relative to the outer wall at a rear of the waste container to selectively cover the upper opening. A plurality of wheels are rotatably connected proximate a lower rear edge of the outer wall.
