Trash can assembly
Various trash can assembly embodiments are disclosed. The trash can assembly can include a body, a lid, an actuation system, and an active dislodgement or return system. The active dislodgement or return system can be configured to facilitate dislodging the trash can assembly from a surrounding environment, such as a wall. The active dislodgement or return system can include a dynamic member having a frame, a foot movably coupled to the frame, and a spring applying a force on the foot. When an actuation force is removed from the actuation system, the dynamic member can apply a force against the surrounding environment, such as a floor, to move the body relative to the surrounding environment.
AUTOMATIC RECEPTACLE LID LOCK
A lock for a lid of a receptacle such as a trash can comprises a gravity pin, a torsion spring, a lower pin, and a latch. The lock can be mounted to the receptacle and lid. The gravity pin and latch operate to substantially prevent the receptacle lid from inadvertently opening, while automatically allowing the lid to open when the receptacle is inverted. Also provided are lids and receptacles comprising lid locks as provided herein.
Container for Waste Collection
A container for waste collection includes: a containment body having a collection compartment and a top opening for delivering waste into the collection compartment; a door movably connected to the containment body for selectively opening or closing the opening; a mask interposed between the collection compartment and the door when the door is in a first operating condition in which it closes the opening, the mask having at least one mouth for delivering waste into the collection compartment. The mask is permanently fixed to the containment body so that it defines a slit between an upper edge of the mask and the containment body, the slit being adapted to permit the passage of the door, wherein the door is constrained to the containment body by an actuator that allows the door to alternately switch from a first operating condition in which it closes the load opening to a second operating condition in which it opens the load opening.
Electrified garbage container cover
The present invention provides an electrified garbage container cover that destroys insects that may attempt to access, or escape from a garbage container. The electrified garbage container cover frame is configured to fit in the opening of a garbage container enclosing or sealing the interior of the garbage container with the lower edge of the electrified garbage container cover. The electrified garbage container cover frame supports a mesh frame portion between the upper and lower edges, which supports an electrified mesh. The electrified mesh is capable of electrifying insects destroying them upon contact. The electrified garbage container cover also has a fastening mechanism supported by the frame, which is configured to attach the electrified garbage container cover to a garbage container. The electrified garbage container cover also has a power source which is able to provide electricity to the electrified mesh, and is capable of being recharged.

Lock device for a waste receiving device and waste receiving device with such a lock device
A lock device for a waste receiving device, and a waste receiving device having such a lock device, where the lock device includes an upper lock part to be fastened on a cover of the waste receiving device and a lower lock part to be fastened on a container of the waste receiving device. The upper lock part has an upper lock part housing, a locking mechanism and a first locking element. The lower lock part has a lower lock part housing and a second locking element. The second locking element is pivotable about a swivel axis between a blocking position and a release position, whereby in the blocking position the second locking element cooperates with the first locking element in such a way that the cover is blocked.
AUTONOMOUS ROBOTIC WASTE COLLECTION SYSTEM
Systems and methods for autonomous robotic waste and recycling bin collection, including a plurality of receptacles, having a lid, a fill sensor on the underside of the lid and a collection bin, with a robot engagement mechanism. The fill sensor detects a fill level of the receptacle. The system also has autonomous robots, having a plurality of robot sensors and at least one prong connected to a motor. A bin collection server receives the fill levels from the fill sensors; determines a plurality of full bins; generates a collection instruction and sends the collection instruction to an autonomous robot. The autonomous robot navigates to each bin; inserts at least one prong into the robot engagement mechanism; lifts the collection bin; navigates to the collection facility; and deposits the collection bin in the collection facility.
CLOSURE DEVICE FOR WASTE CONTAINER
The invention generally relates to a closure device for waste containers, particularly residential or commercial waste containers. In particular, the invention relates to a waste container closure device which prevents the lid from opening when the container is accidentally tipped over on its side. The closure device contains two straps: a right side strap and a left side strap; two mounting devices: a right side mounting device and a left side mounting device; and one or more elastic members. Those components cooperate to allow the straps to connect over the top of the lid of the waste container to remain closed when it is accidentally tipped on its side.
Trash container
A trash container includes a container unit and an ultrasonic deodorizing device. The container unit includes a container having a top opening and a container cavity, and a container cover being moved between an opened position and a closed position. The ultrasonic deodorizing device includes a deodorizing carrier supported above the top opening of the container body for containing deodorant in liquid form, an ultrasonic nozzle operatively coupled at the deodorizing carrier for downwardly injecting the deodorant in an atomization manner below the top opening of the container body, and a nozzle controller configured to control and activate the ultrasonic nozzle.
Diaper pail with refrigerated interior compartment
A diaper pail incorporating a refrigerated compartment is described herein, wherein the interior of the compartment can be cooled to low temperatures, typically less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit, to hinder and/or substantially slow the generation of noxious odors. Additionally, the diaper pail freezer includes a double lid with a bag retaining system to help ensure a good seal is maintained between the lid and the top of the pail to help contain any residual odors within the compartment.
