LANE DIVIDER INSERT SLEEVE
A lane divider system includes a guide rail and a bracket for connecting the guide rail to a flow bed. The guide rail can be tubular, with a proximal end of a bracket inserted into each end of the tube. A flexible, compressible sleeve can be installed at each end of the tube where the proximal end of the bracket, are inserted into the tube. The tube and bracket being inserted should be closely dimensioned to fit securely. By providing a compliant sleeve, the security of the connection with the tube can be enhanced.
BANK NOTE CONTAINER PROVISION SYSTEM
An apparatus is provided for receiving, temporarily storing and dispensing bank note containers as well as to a transport apparatus dockable thereto. The present invention further relates to a system arrangement comprising the proposed apparatus as well as the proposed transport apparatus. Further, a method arranged for operating the system arrangement is proposed as well as a computer program product having control commands executing the proposed method or operating the proposed system arrangement.
Stackable inventory storage module having helical drive
In one embodiment, an inventory storage module has a plurality of conveyor segments that define a movement path that has a closed shape, and at least one actuator that can move inventory storage containers along the movement path. Each actuator has a roller having a cylindrical body that has a first end, a second end that are offset from the first end along a central axis, and a cylindrical outer surface that extends from the first end to the second end. Each actuator has a helical track disposed around the cylindrical outer surface in a helical pattern. Further, each actuator has at least one track follower that can ride along the helical track when the roller is rotated about the central axis so as to move the inventory storage containers along an axial direction that is substantially parallel to the central axis.
FLOW RACK MONITORING SYSTEM
A flow rack monitoring system includes: at least one sensor assembly having a kinetic switch protectively enclosed within a mounting shell mounted to a flow rack to monitor movement of an item therealong, wherein a lever of a kinetic switch thereof is connected to an elongate whisker within a slot of the mounting shell, and wherein a transmitter of the kinetic switch transmits a first RF signal in response to movement of the lever away from a resting position, and a second RF signal in response to movement into the resting position; and an alert device having a processor to receiver the first and second RF signals, and to provide an indication of an item becoming stuck in response to the receipt of the first RF signal, followed by a lack of receipt of the second RF signal from the first sensor assembly within a first predetermined period of time.
Supporting structure for a sliding rail
Supporting structure for sliding rail that uses one or more identical modules, stacked longitudinally and supported on the beams of the conventional compact palletisation facility, on which the tracks for the chains of the sliding rail are subsequently mounted, each of these modules including, in turn, a quadrangular mesh supported on several ribs that may be fixed or telescopic, and which has, on its upper part, supporting rods for the rails for the chain. The supporting structure for sliding rail that is presented affords the main advantage of enabling any existing compact drive-in palletisation structure to be used and adapted to operate with flow-rail sliding rails or similar, dispensing with the need for custom adaptations, as well as achieving greater rigidity, better inner fitting, greater resistance to deformation and smoother operation of the sliding rail.
System for sorting delivery items and methods for the same
Systems and methods for sorting delivery items are disclosed. The system may include an intake area, a sorting area operably coupled with the intake area, and a computing system operably coupled with the intake area and the sorting area. The intake area may include a source of delivery items having a plurality of delivery items, and a scanner for scanning respective indicia of each of the plurality of delivery items. The sorting area may include a conveyor having a respective sensor disposed at opposing end portions thereof, one or more sort locations disposed about the conveyor, and one or more indicators configured to indicate a proper sort location for the delivery items. The computing system may receive data corresponding to a delivery item from the scanner, determine the proper sort location for the delivery item, and send a signal to the indicator to indicate the proper sort location.
Foldable collapsible packing organizer
A travel organizer stand having a base, a tower pivotably attached to the base and the tower having a tower storage position in which the tower is parallel to the base and a tower use position in which the tower is perpendicular to the base, a shelf is pivotably mounted to the tower, the shelf having a shelf storage position in which the shelf is parallel to the tower and a shelf use position in which the shelf is perpendicular to the tower, and a second shelf pivotably mounted to the tower having a second shelf storage position, in which the second shelf is parallel to the tower and a second shelf use position in which the second shelf is perpendicular to the tower and on an opposite side of the tower than the shelf disposed in the shelf use position, and a third shelf pivotably mounted to the tower having a third shelf storage position in which the third shelf is parallel to the tower and a third shelf use position in which the third shelf is perpendicular to the tower and on a same side of the tower as the shelf disposed in the shelf use position.
SLIDING STRUCTURE
A support for a vessel such as a kayak or canoe comprises a support structure such as a kayak rack supported by the ground, the support structure comprising a beam for supporting the vessel, the beam generally parallel to the ground. A sliding structure is on the beam. The sliding structure comprises a bracket having an upwardly facing surface; and roller bearings on the upwardly facing surface of the bracket for ease in slidingly placing and removing the vessel from the support structure. A fastener fastens the sliding structure to the beam.
Storage decks and storage rack assemblies including same
A storage rack assembly includes a storage rack structure that can include a plurality of columns and a plurality of beams interconnecting the columns such that a plurality of storage bays are formed above a base surface. A plurality of storage deck sections include a first storage deck section supported on the storage rack structure within a first storage bay and a second deck section supported within a second storage bay. The first and second storage rack sections are at least partially supported on a common beam of the storage rack structure with one of the first and second storage rack sections including a decking support channel. The decking support channel includes a channel end portion positioned along the common beam with the channel end portion including a clearance tunnel dimensioned to receive a deck wire of the other of the first and second storage rack sections.
