Folding and collapsible snowboard pole mounting system
A detachable snowboard and snowboard pole with a collapsible shaft divided into segments, a basket tip, and a handle. In exemplary embodiments, the pole affixes to a planar top surface of the snowboard using a mounting system comprising a plurality of clamps at staggered attachment points, each clamp adapted to form a friction fit with segments of the snowboard pole, each clamp oriented in parallel with one another.
Sliding Board, Fastening Device for Shoes and a Snowboard Equipment Comprising Said Sliding Board and Said Fastening Device
The present invention relates to, a sliding board, the structure of which comprises at least one lower layer, at least one upper layer, a core, at least one rail delimiting a groove with a top opening for receiving and guiding an anchoring component for a shoe fastening baseplate, wherein it comprises at least one serrated bar separate and spaced apart from the groove of the rail and designed to interact with at least one peripheral toothed sector mounted on the lower surface of the baseplate with a view to preventing its longitudinal translational movement, and to, a fastening device designed to equip said sliding board and a snowboard equipment comprising said sliding board and said device.
Tethering Device
The present invention relates to a tethering device for snowboard, comprising: a housing; a tether adapted to be accommodated in the housing, the tether having a first end connected to the housing, and a second end extendable away from the housing; an engaging means arranged at the second end of the tether, the engaging means having a receiving portion receivable at a guide portion of the housing; wherein the receiving portion is profiled to conform with the guide portion such that, the receiving portion, when arranged to be received at the guide portion, is positioned in a predefined orientation.
Sliding board whose structure includes a very flexible component
Sliding board (1), whose internal structure has a core (2) edged with side ski edges (10), said core (2) separating two lower (3) and upper (4) reinforcing layers, in which core (2) includes at least additional component (20) made of material with greater flexibility than the remainder of the core, characterised in that said additional component is inserted into a slender hollow (21, 22) shaped to curve inside the core.

Floatation device having buoyant tilt yaw control
A floatation device may include a bow section and a tail section pivotally connected to the bow section by a kingpin assembly. The kingpin assembly may be configured to include a positive kingpin inclination angle or a negative inclination angle that determine the yaw direction of the floatation device. A user may control the tilt or roll of the floatation device to offset a yaw direction and maintain a straight line tracking course.
Ankle and toe straps for splitboard and snowboard bindings
Disclosed is a novel ankle strap and a toe strap that secures snowboard or splitboard rider's boots to corresponding boot bindings. The straps are generally made from a one-piece molding that includes indented portions on the outside surface of the molding that creates corresponding outdented portions on the boot-facing surface for cushioning. The indented portions are bound by ribs, the ribs forming a continuous interconnected rib structure. As the outdented portions flex, the continuous interconnected rib structure helps the strap maintain its shape and structure.
FIXATION OF BINDING BOARD TO SPLITBOARD SKIS
Fixation of a binding board to skis demountable connected into a form of a splitboard uses a sliding demountable setting of bearing pins in eyes formed on adjacent areas of the board and a clamp fixed to the skis. The essence of the invention is a fixation of the lateral parts of the eyes by stoppers which partially overreach into the cross sections of the eyes. The diameter of the bearing pins basically corresponds with the diameters of the eyes. The bearing pins are equipped with circular recesses for engaging of the stoppers and also with end parts formed as from above one-sidedly reduced conical tips.
Apparatus for teaching the feel of snowboarding
Method of using a snowboard training apparatus for transferring the feel of toe side and heel side of a snowboard from an instructor to a snowboard learner is disclosed. The training apparatus includes a training rod having a first and second end. The first end and second end of the training rod can be adapted to be supported by a snowboarder's leg, snowboarder's boot, snowboard's bindings or a snowboard itself. The training apparatus can also include a second training rod.
