SORTING APPARATUS AND SORTING METHOD
A sorting apparatus, comprising: transportation vehicles for moving, on the basis of a control instruction, along a direction of a transportation row to a target position indicated by the control instruction, such that an object to be sorted is transferred from the current transportation vehicle on which the object is currently placed to a next-row transportation vehicle, wherein the transportation row where the next-row transportation vehicle is located is adjacent to the transportation row where the current transportation vehicle is located in a direction. away from a feed. inlet. The sorting apparatus occupies a small space, has low requirements on sites, and can be widely applied. Also comprised are a sorting method for a control module of the sorting apparatus, and ac electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. for implementing the sorting method.
FRUIT TRAY NESTING DEVICE AND METHODS OF USE
The present invention provides devices, systems and methods for reliably inserting packing trays into packing crates. Thus, the present invention solves the problems of conventional packaging lines by providing a positioning device for depositing packing trays into packing crates. Particularly, the present invention can be incorporated into existing fruit and vegetable packing lines.
Methods and apparatuses for performing article singulation
Methods and apparatuses for performing article singulation are provided. An article singulator can include an intake conveyor, an out-take conveyor, and multiple intermediate conveyors. The intake conveyor can receive multiple articles and convey the articles to the multiple intermediate conveyors. Further, the out-take conveyor may convey singulated articles from amongst the multiple articles (e.g. to an outfeed). Further, the multiple intermediate conveyors may include successive conveyors to convey the articles and provide the singulated articles to the out-take conveyor. In some examples, each successive conveyor of the multiple intermediate conveyors may be positioned at a lower level than a preceding conveyor. Further, each successive conveyor can convey the articles in a different direction and at a different speed than a preceding conveyor such that the articles are singulated upon conveyance by the article singulator.
Flexible container chutes for sortation systems
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for flexible container chutes for sortation systems. In one embodiment, an example system may include a first extendable arm, a second extendable arm, a first flexible container removably coupled to the first extendable arm and the second extendable arm, and a second flexible container removably coupled to the first extendable arm and the second extendable arm. The system may include a chute assembly having a first ramp, a first separator coupled to a first end of the first ramp, a second ramp, and a second separator coupled to a second end of the second ramp. The first ramp and the second ramp may be vertically aligned, and the first flexible container may receive items via the first ramp, and the second flexible container may receive items via the second ramp.
Automatic transfer system and method for items
Provided are an automatic transfer system and method for items. The automatic transfer system for items includes: an item container, which is configured to receive to-be-conveyed items with a preset direction; a detection device, which is configured to detect whether items falling into the item container meet a transfer condition; and a carrying device, which is configured to automatically transfer the item container to a preset destination when the items falling into the item container meet the transfer condition.
LOADING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LOADING A CONTAINER WITH PACKAGES
A loading device for loading a container with packages, comprising a transport channel for transport of the packages in the direction of the container. The transport channel has an upper inlet to supply packages into the transport channel and a lower outlet to supply packages into the container. At least one upper, and at least one lower, finger position each with at least one finger element are provided in the transport channel. The at least one of the finger elements of the upper and lower finger positions in each case have at least two flexible flank elements extending from one end to the opposing end of the finger element. In each case, the at least two flexible flank elements are flexibly connected via a plurality of webs. The finger elements in each case may be adjusted from at least one curved position into at least one extended position and back.
Automated Garment Kiosk
An automated kiosk includes a front panel positioned in front of a conveyor with conveyor slots sized to receive clothing hangers. Dividers separate each conveyor slot from the adjacent conveyor slots, forming a compartment for each conveyor slot. Two doors are positioned in the front panel. An electronic controller moves a conveyor in order to reposition a desired compartment in front of the doors. The doors open inwardly, and are of sufficient length that the extended edge of the doors engages with and overlaps the outer edge of each of the dividers. With each door engaging the divider on each side of the compartment, a user is blocked from being able to access items that are in adjacent compartments.
CAPSULE DISTRIBUTING DEVICE WITH OR WITHOUT ORIENTATION AND WITH BULK LOADING
Disclosed is a device for distributing capsules, including a container apt to receive in bulk a plurality of capsules and an ordering assembly placed inside the container, apt to arrange the capsules vertically for subsequent distribution; wherein the ordering assembly includes a rotating helical screw for mixing capsules, mounted on a basket rotating together with it, the basket having an inclined upper wall or slide, such that its height varies gradually from a minimum to a maximum along its periphery, and an open vertical seat apt to accommodate a capsule placed vertically and to distribute it through an opening formed on the bottom wall of the container.
DIRECTED DELIVERY SYSTEM
A directed delivery system for drone delivery of an item to a location. The directed delivery system includes a receptacle to receive the item at the location, a container to receive the delivered item spaced some distance from the container in the vertical plane. A conduit lies between the receptacle and the containers that directs the item from one to the other minimizing the risk of damage during travel. Drone delivery of the item to the location is so that the item is received in the receptacle, and directed by the conduit to the container at the desired delivery point with minimal impact.
CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONVEYING GOODS
A conveyor system for conveying goods having a lying conveyor for conveying the goods horizontally, where the lying conveyor includes a sorting device with multiple delivery points, and having an overhead conveyor, by way of which the goods are conveyed in a suspended manner on a goods carrier, where the overhead conveyor is connected to at least one of the delivery points for delivering the goods.
