Grain spreader for loading grain bin
A method and apparatus to facilitate the loading of a grain bin such that the level in the grain bin increases generally uniformly and the distribution of grain size in the grain bin is generally uniform as well. The method includes redirecting the flow of the grain from the conveyer as it flows into the grain bin. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes an adjustable leveling band for redirecting the grain uniformly to a plurality of radially extending chutes. In one embodiment, the angle of the chutes can also be easily adjusted.
Wet Sand Loading System
A wet sand loading system includes a material conveyor configured for carrying wet sand from a hopper to an elevated position over a loading platform. A funnel assembly is coupled to the material conveyor. The funnel assembly has a lower end movable relative to the material conveyor to direct wet sand into the hopper in a selectable direction.
Feed unit for a processing plant, in particular for a crushing or screening station
The invention relates to a feed unit for a processing plant, in particular for a crushing or screening station, having a feed chute which has a chute beam (90), wherein the chute beam (90) has a bottom (92), wherein the bottom (92) extends in the conveying direction (V) of the feed chute, wherein at least one beam (130) extending in the conveying direction (V) is arranged in the area of the underside of the bottom (92) and supports the bottom (92), wherein furthermore a bracket (140) is provided, which supports at least one vibration exciter (150), and wherein the bracket (140) is connected to the beam (130). A particularly resilient and in continuous operation durable feed unit is created according to the invention by the beam forming a closed hollow section or at least a wall segment of the beam (130) in conjunction with a reinforcing section (120) connected thereto forming a closed hollow section, and the hollow section extending with an angular deviation in the range of +/15 in the direction of the excitation direction.
WEAR RESISTANT TRANSFER OR DISTRIBUTION CHUTES
A transfer or distribution chute for conveying bulk material by gravity flow, includes an elongated chute casing defining a flow path for bulk material and a wear-resistant lining arrangement covering at least part of a flow path facing an upper side of the elongated chute casing. The wear-resistant lining arrangement includes a perforated plate affixed to the chute casing and has a plurality of perforations through which wear-resistant inserts having a body and an enlarged base are fitted in the perforations from a side opposite the flow path, such that their body protrudes through the perforation within the flow path, and their enlarged base abuts the borders of the perforation from the side opposite the flow path on one side and is held in place by the chute casing on the other side.
Feed distribution assembly
A feed distribution assembly for transporting and dispensing feed includes a trailer and a silo. The silo is coupled to a bed of the trailer and is configured to position feed. The trailer is configured to couple to a vehicle to transport the feed to a desired location. An auger is coupled to a bottom of the silo. The auger is configured to selectively convey the feed from the silo to dispense the feed at the desired location.
Device and method for unloading bulk materials from a vehicle
A device is provided for transferring bulk materials from a vehicle through a grate to a structure disposed below the grate. The device includes a plate disposed over the grate and defining an opening smaller than the grate. The device further includes a hopper configured to rest on the plate between the plate and the underside of the vehicle. The hopper defines a bottom opening configured for alignment with the opening in the plate and a top opening configured for alignment with a discharge spout on the vehicle and the top opening is larger than the bottom opening. The device further includes means for moving the hopper to an operating position in which the bottom and top openings are aligned with the opening in the plate and the discharge spout on the vehicle.
Debris Chute
A gravity type debris chute formed by hanging a plurality of corner panels on corners of a structure having horizontal elements, a plurality of side panels and a door panel on the structure with horizontal structural elements so as to form a passage for debris to pass through, wherein each of the said corner panels is folded in the middle so as to form two symmetrical sides, the top of each of said corner panels folded to form a lip or a u fold so as to hang from a structural member, each of said side panels folded at the top to form a u fold or a lip capable of hanging from a horizontal structural member.
Spreader for spreading granular material and method of spreading granular material
In one embodiment, a hopper spreader apparatus for spreading granular material is provided. The hopper spreader apparatus includes a hopper, a spreading unit, and a dispensing unit. The hopper has a storage cavity for storing the granular material to be spread. The spreading unit spreads the granular material. The dispensing system transports the granular material from the hopper to the spreading unit. The dispensing system includes a conveying unit and a rotating first roll. The conveying unit conveys the granular material toward the spreading unit. The rotating first roll controls a flow of granular material from the hopper to the conveying unit. The use of the rotating roll allows for control of high flow material (such as for example dry salt) while allowing for improved collapse and break-up of low flow material (such as for example wetted sand).
Specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and operations support base
The present invention corresponds to materials storage devices; specifically to a specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and its operations support base; which has been created in response to the need of storing granulated raw materials, preferably silica meant to be used in, preferably but not limited to, petroleum wells; and which is fitted with specific modifications that facilitate both the loading and discharge of said raw materials in a shorter time lapse than that displayed by conventional technologies. The invention's preferred configuration contemplates the setting up of three containers on top of the operations support base.
CONVEYOR DEVICE
A conveyor device includes a supporter extending from a first end of a rotation axis to a second end thereof in a helical manner relative to the rotation axis, an encircling member that encircles at least a third portion of the supporter, the third portion being a portion between a first portion on the first end and a second portion on the second end, and at least one guide for a three-dimensional game object to move from the first end to the second end along with rotation of the supporter, the at least one guide extending from the first end to the second end within a gap between the supporter and the encircling member and being configured such that the guide in coordination with the supporter and the encircling member supports the three-dimensional game object when the three-dimensional game object moves from the first end to the second end.
