Modular material delivery system and method for setup
The present invention is a modular system for delivering material directly to a blender hopper. The system includes primary base and optional secondary base modules supporting surge hoppers which receive material from material containers. The surge hopper may then dispense the material directly and rapidly to the blender hopper by gravity feed. During continuous operation, exhausted material containers may be removed from the surge hoppers and replaced with full material containers as material empties from the surge hoppers. This allows steady, high-volume flow of material to the blender hopper.
Debris Chute
A gravity type debris chute formed by hanging a plurality of corner panels on corners of a structure having horizontal elements, a plurality of side panels and a door panel on the structure with horizontal structural elements so as to form a passage for debris to pass through, wherein each of the said corner panels is folded in the middle so as to form two symmetrical sides, the top of each of said corner panels folded to form a lip or a u fold so as to hang from a structural member, each of said side panels folded at the top to form a u fold or a lip capable of hanging from a horizontal structural member.
Specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and operations support base
The present invention corresponds to materials storage devices; specifically to a specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and its operations support base; which has been created in response to the need of storing granulated raw materials, preferably silica meant to be used in, preferably but not limited to, petroleum wells; and which is fitted with specific modifications that facilitate both the loading and discharge of said raw materials in a shorter time lapse than that displayed by conventional technologies. The invention's preferred configuration contemplates the setting up of three containers on top of the operations support base.
DISPENSING APPARATUS FOR PACKAGING A MATERIAL
The invention relates to a dispensing apparatus for packaging a material, wherein the dispensing apparatus comprises a vertical and downwardly tapering hopper element (1) in which the material being dispensed is arranged, comprising more than two side walls with corners therebetween, at least two elongated plate-shaped parts (4) attached substantially horizontally in connection with at least two side walls of the hopper element so as to extend from one corner of the hopper element to another, and a dispensing element (2, 3) arranged at the tapering end of the hopper element, through which dispensing element the material is dispensed, and at least one vibrator arranged in connection with the hopper element (1) to provide vibration of the hopper element via the elongated plate-shaped part (4) to the side walls of the hopper element. Further, the invention relates to the use of the apparatus.
Chute for cement truck and method of fabricating a chute for a cement truck
A chute assembly for directing cement from a cement truck is disclosed. The chute comprises an elongate chute of generally u-shaped cross section fabricated from UHMWPe and comprising an upper end and a lower end, a plurality of reinforcing rods arranged along a length of and encased within the UHMWPe, one end of each of the rods adjacent the upper end and another end of each of the rods adjacent the lower end, a pair of u-shaped collars, an upper one of the collars adjacent the upper end and a lower one of the collars adjacent the lower end, and a fastener for securing each of the collars to their respective rod ends. A method of fabrication is also disclosed.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE AGGREGATE HOPPER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A fully adjustable aggregate hopper system, comprising: a hopper box, the hopper box formed from a pair of opposed side panels each having an attached back panel, with the back panels overlapping each other and having a width adjustment mechanism located at each end of the hopper box; and a plurality of legs attached to the hopper box, each leg having a height adjustment mechanism to independently adjust height for each leg.
Device for merging two piece goods streams arranged at different heights
Device for merging at least two piece goods streams arranged at different heights, with an upper feed channel for receiving packages from an upper piece goods stream, and a lower feed channel for receiving packages from a lower piece goods stream, the feed channels extending between a first vertical plane and a parallel second vertical plane, whose distance from each other corresponds to a total channel width, the upper feed channel having a first conveying surface between a first side panel running in the first vertical plane, and a second side panel, the second side panel running in the second vertical plane at least on an upstream-side final section, and a second conveying surface, which downstream joins the first conveying surface adjacent to a third side panel running in the first vertical plane and has a width, which is less than half the total channel width, wherein the second conveying surface loosely ends on a side panel running parallel to the first vertical plane at a vertical distance above the lower feed channel, the lower feed channel having a third conveying surface, which is bordered by a fourth side panel running in the second vertical plane and by a fifth side panel, wherein a width of the third conveying surface at a downstream-side end of the lower feed channel corresponds to the total channel width less the width of the second conveying surface.

Bulk Material Dispensing System and Method
A bulk material dispensing system including a dispensing apparatus suspended from a fixed surface that is configured to receive bulk material from a tank. A metering device feeds the bulk material from the tank to the dispensing apparatus, and a weigh scale is located between the dispensing apparatus and the fixed surface. A controller is in communication with each of the weigh scale and the metering device such that, based on a signal received from the weigh scale that is indicative of the amount of the bulk material that has been fed to the dispensing apparatus by the metering device, the controller controls a rate at which the metering device feeds the bulk material to the dispensing apparatus to ensure that an accurate amount of the bulk material is received by the dispensing apparatus.
