Conveyance apparatus
A conveyance apparatus (1) according to an embodiment includes: a trough (11) that receives an article from an outside and conveys the article in a conveyance direction from upstream to downstream; and a drive unit (20) that drives the trough. The trough includes a plurality of protrusions (92) on a front surface (91) on which the article is conveyed, and an opening (91A) passing from the front surface to a back surface (93) is formed at an end (92E) on a downstream side of the plurality of protrusions.
Picking device and method for operating a picking device
A picking device for piece goods is disclosed, in which cleaning of the picking device is facilitated. The picking device may include a shelf row having shelf bases, each including a plurality of storage chutes, and a retrieving device, via which piece goods can be retrieved. A shelf base may include a frame structure, chute partitions, chute bases, and blocking devices, which are coupled to a control device. Two chute partitions and one chute base may define one elongate storage chute, assigned to each chute base is a support device, on which the chute base rests and which is designed such that another chute base can be slid between the resting chute base and the support device. Assigned to each chute base is a holding means, which prevents the chute base from sliding in the longitudinal direction of the storage chute when the chute base is on the support device.
Divert chutes in sorting-conveyor systems
A divert chute and a sorting conveyor system having divert chutes that include an array of high-friction rollers in a landing zone to resist the cross-chute momentum of parcels diverted off the sorting conveyor at high speeds. The rollers, which protrude above a flat slide region of the chute, rotate only in a direction down the chute. Parcels sliding axially along the high-friction rollers across the chute are slowed or stopped in the cross-chute direction while being redirected down the chute.
Apparatus for transporting plastics preforms with elimination of disruptions
An apparatus for transporting plastics preforms, having a first transport element that extends along a transport path of the plastics preforms and having a second transport element parallel to the first transport element. The first transport element and the second transport element are spaced apart from one another such that a gap is formed between the first transport element and the second transport element such that a base body of the plastics preforms can pass through this gap, but a support ring of the plastics preforms cannot pass through this gap. The apparatus has a hold-down device that is arranged above the transport elements and/or the mouths of the plastics preforms, wherein the hold-down device has a first hold-down element movable in two opposite directions in a longitudinal direction of the plastics preforms along with a drive device configured to cause these movements during a transport operation of the apparatus.
DEPOSITOR APPARATUS
A depositor apparatus is disclosed. The depositor apparatus may include an operator assembly configured to receive an operator, a conveyor assembly coupled to the operator assembly and configured to move a plurality of product, and a multi-chute assembly coupled to the conveyor assembly and aligned with the operator assembly. The multi-chute assembly includes a plurality of chute assemblies. Each chute assembly includes a chute and a door assembly coupled to the chute and configured to selectively open and thereby drop a product into a single pouch below the door assembly. The door assembly includes a first door and a second door. The door assembly may be configured to prevent liquid or byproduct from the product to land on a seal edge of the single pouch.
CHUTE ARRANGEMENT AND CAP-REMOVAL APPARATUS
The invention relates to a chute arrangement for a cap-removal apparatus, the cap removal apparatus being configured to remove caps from sample containers, the chute arrangement comprising a chute for transporting removed caps through a transport space of the chute arrangement, a sensor for detecting caps passing through a detection range of the sensor, the transport space being partially delimited by a chute bottom of the chute, the chute bottom being inclined with respect to gravity, the detection range protruding into the transport space, the detection range having a range border within the transport space, and the range border facing the chute bottom at a distance so that a bypass portion of the transport space is formed in between the chute bottom and the detection range.
Hopper and combination scale comprising the same
A hopper has a gate pivotable to open and close the lower opening of a hopper body, wherein opposing side parts more spaced apart than a width of the body are extending from the gate, and the opposing side parts of the gate are externally fitted pivotably to fulcrum shafts protruding from outer side surfaces of the hopper body. The hopper further includes regulating members interposed between the outer side surfaces of the body and the opposing side parts of the gate. The regulating members are configured to regulate movements of the gate in pivotal directions thereof and are detachably engaged with the fulcrum shafts circumferentially around the fulcrum shafts.
CONVEYOR CHUTE COMPRISING A WIDTH ADJUSTING MECHANISM
A conveyor chute is suitable for use as a store for goods, such as packages and pieces of luggage. The conveyor chute has at least one sliding section with an inclined sliding surface with a direction of fall along the sliding surface as well as a sliding width. The sliding section has a width adjusting mechanism which allows the goods to be distributed across at least part of the sliding width and which thus allows the conveyor chute to be used in an improved manner for storing the goods.
APPARATUS FOR DIVIDING HORTICULTURAL PRODUCTS
An apparatus for dividing horticultural products, propelled by a fluid for transport from an intake region connected to an upstream station to an evacuation region connected to a downstream station. The apparatus comprises includes a supporting frame for a contoured floor, which is arranged so that a first edge is at said intake region and is arranged so that a second edge, arranged opposite the first edge, is at the evacuation region. The contoured floor includes a plurality of lanes interposed in a parallel arrangement between the regions and have a substantially V-shaped transverse cross-section so as to produce the progressive conveyance and alignment of the horticultural products in transit along the bottom of each lane.
MANUAL STATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A pharmaceutical filling system for a high volume pharmacy is described. The system can include a manual pick/pack device and method. The system may include a rotation assembly, a left door and a right door, both positioned below the rotation assembly, a left divider positioned below the left door, and a right divider positioned below the right door, and a left gathering table positioned below the left divider, and a right gathering table positioned below the right divider. The system may also include a control device in electronic communication with the rotation assembly, the doors and the dividers for control of same.
