Axle lock assembly for motor driven rollers
Various embodiments illustrated herein disclose an axle lock assembly comprising a first plate with a first aperture, a second plate with a second aperture, a shaft, wherein the shaft is inserted through the first aperture and the second aperture and a bush. When the hushing is in contact with the first plate and the second plate, the bush creates a lateral force to move the first plate and the second plate in opposite directions to secure the shaft.

MOTOR SHAPED AS A ROLLER
A motor comprising: (a) one or more motor stators including a plurality of motor windings; (b) a roller shaft connected to the one or more motor stators, the roller shaft extending along a longitudinal axis of the motor and being adapted to span between two frame members; and (c) a motor rotor including: (i) a roller tube including a key, a key recess, or both, and (ii) one or more ring magnets having: (1) a mating surface shaped to substantially mate to a mating surface of the roller tube and (2) a key recess that receives the key of the roller tube, that receives a separate key that extends into the key recess of one of the one or more ring magnets and the key recess, or both; wherein the one or more ring magnets are produced from a rare earth metal; and wherein the motor rotor carries a load of an article so that the article is moved by the motor rotor.

Roller System Having Spaced Apart External Rotor Motor
A roller system has a frame, a plurality of rollers (supported by the frame) forming a roller plane, and an external rotor motor (“motor”) spaced from the roller plane. As an external rotor motor, the motor has a stator and an external rotor radially outward of the stator to substantially circumscribe the stator. To kinetically couple the motor with the rollers, the system also has a transmission coupling coupled with the external rotor and at least one of the rollers. The transmission coupling and external rotor are configured so that rotation of the external rotor causes the at least one roller to rotate in response to a torque received through the transmission coupling.
Driving force transmission device and image-forming apparatus
Provided is a driving force transmission device including: an actuator (22) that, in a case where one of a first annular gear (11), a second annular gear (14), and a carrier (16) is an input member, another one is an output member, and the remaining one is a rotational member, causes one of the input member and the output member to rotate integrally with the rotational member. When driving force is inputted from the drive source to the input member and input member is rotated unidirectionally, the rotation direction of the output member in the case where one of the input member and the output member rotates integrally with the rotational member is reversed with respect to that in a case where one of the input member and the output member does not rotate integrally with the rotational member.

FRONT AND/OR SIDE MOUNT MOTOR
A conveyor system comprising: (a) one or more frames; (b) one or more controllers; (c) one or more motors located within a motor housing; and (d) a plurality or rollers; wherein the motor housing includes one or more internal pockets that receive the motor and the one or more controllers, and the controller is in contact with one or more walls of the motor housing; and wherein the motor housing is directly connected to the frame so that at least one of the one or more walls in contact with the controller are in direct contact with the one or more frames.
