SORTING MODULE AND SORTING DEVICE
A sorting module includes a sorting support, a mounting port, a transmission mechanism and a limiting structure. The sorting support includes a bottom plate and two side plates provided on opposite sides of the bottom plate. The mounting ports are respectively provided at the two side plates, and the mounting ports include a first mounting port and a second mounting port communicated with each other. The transmission mechanism includes a shaft rod mounted on the first mounting port, and the shaft rod is fixed relative to the first mounting port. The first mounting port has a first direction for inserting the shaft rod, and the shaft rod abuts against and limits the opposite side walls of the first mounting port in a second direction. The limiting structure is provided at the second mounting port to abut against and limit the shaft rod in the first direction.

Motor-driven conveyor-roller controller, system comprising such a controller and method for operating a motor roller
A motor-driven conveyor-roller controller for conveyor installations for conveying containers. The controller incudes a power inlet, a wired I/O port, and a wired motor roller port. The controller is configured to output motor roller control signals for a motor roller at the motor roller port. The controller is configured to receive motor roller status signals from the motor roller at the motor roller port and to receive motor roller control signals for the motor roller at the I/O port. The wired I/O port is configured to exchange control information with a central control center. The controller includes a wireless configuration port that is configured to wirelessly receive, from a mobile device, at least configuration signals for the motor roller and/or send status signals representing motor roller status information.

Conveyor assembly and method of using the same
Various embodiments are directed to a conveyor assembly and method of using the same. In various embodiments, a conveyor assembly comprises a plurality of rollers configured to facilitate transportation of an object on a conveyor surface, the plurality of rollers comprising a first drive roller operable to rotate in a first rotational direction to cause a movement of the conveyance surface in a conveyance direction; and a second roller configured for rotation in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction to generate a counterforce that opposes the movement of the conveyor surface in the conveyance direction; and a controller configured to control the first drive roller and a secondary motor operable to drive rotation of the second roller in the second rotational direction to stop the movement of the conveyor surface such that the object disposed thereon is stopped at a stop position defined within the conveyor zone.
