A transport device for transporting bulk products includes a fixed supply portion and a fixed discharge portion which is arranged downstream in a conveying direction and an ejection device including a first and second ejection unit which are arranged in the conveying direction. The first ejection unit includes a fixed or movable end which is arranged adjacent to the fixed supply portion and a movable end which is arranged downstream thereof, and the second ejection unit includes a movable end which is arranged adjacent to and downstream of the first ejection unit and a fixed or movable end which is arranged downstream thereof adjacent to the fixed discharge portion, wherein the first and second ejection unit each include a drive unit for independently driving the respective ejection unit and by moving apart the movable end of the first ejection unit and the movable end of the second ejection unit forms a gap through which bulk products are ejected from the transport device.

Diversion device for products

The disclosure relates to a diversion device for a transport device for transporting products. The diversion device comprises a first element mounted to be rotatable about a first axis of rotation and a second element mounted to be rotatable about a second axis of rotation, where the axes of rotation form an angle with one another and the first and the second elements overlap in a region so that the first and the second elements enclose a diversion region. A product supplied to the diversion region can be diverted in the diversion region by rotating the first and the second elements and can exit the diversion device after having passed the diversion region due to mass inertia.

Diverting equipment that diverts and transports an article on a transporting route to a branching route. The diverting equipment includes: multiple transport rollers that are arranged in a branching section which is on the transporting route and which branches toward the branching route, and that are rotatable about vertical shafts; multiple diverting transport rollers that are arranged at an upstream side end of the branching route and that can rotate about vertical shafts; and a general controller that controls rotation of the transport rollers and of the diverting transport rollers. The transport rollers and the diverting transport rollers divert and transport the article from the transporting route to the branching route by rotating based on a rotational timing that the general controller controls according to a transport speed and an acceleration/deceleration state of the article that is transported toward the branching section.

Systems and methods for dynamic processing of objects using box tray assemblies

A box handling system is disclosed for use in an object processing system. The box handling system includes a box tray including a recessed area for receiving a box, and the recessed area includes a plurality of floor and edge portions for receiving the box that contains objects to be processed.

Multistage conveyor units for separating parcels

A multistage multi-lane singulator conveyor system for separating side by side packages in stages. A first high friction surface conveying moving articles forward is adjacent a second low friction conveying lane in lateral flow communication having both forward and lateral conveying forces urging parcels forward and away from the first conveying lane, wherein the second conveying lane can be level or transversely inclined and angled upward in lateral flow communication with a third high friction surface conveying surface. Controlling residence time and forward and lateral movement of articles by assembling high friction surface conveying lanes and low friction surface conveying lanes in an end to end and/or lateral arrangement in flow communication with one another and/or shifting articles moving forward and laterally by staggering the high friction conveying surfaces and low friction conveying surfaces and adjusting the width by adjusting the number of high friction conveying surfaces adjacent one another.

LOADING APPARATUS

A pallet loader for a positioning apparatus, including at least two pallet bays and at least one intermediate member, arranged such that at least two pallet bays are located on different sides of the intermediate member, such that at least one pallet can be driven i) from one pallet bay to another, and ii) from one pallet bay to a positioning apparatus, in which the apparatus includes cooperating guide features on the underside of the at least one pallet and on one or more of the intermediate member and pallet bays for guiding the pallet along a predetermined path and/or for controlling the rotational orientation of the pallet about a vertical axis, as the pallet moves across the intermediate member/pallet bay.
