DEVICE FOR SANITIZING BANKNOTES
The present invention relates to a device for sanitizing banknotes and similar items (1) comprising: a container (2) where are defined an inlet (6) for inserting at least one banknote (S) or similar item into the container (2) and an outlet (7) for extracting at least one banknote (S) or similar item from the container (2); a first conveyor system (8) arranged in the container (2) and configured to convey at least one banknote (S) or similar item from the inlet (6) to a predetermined area between the inlet (6) and the outlet (7) picking said at least one banknote (S) or similar item at a first zone of said at least one banknote (S) or similar item; and a second conveyor system (15) arranged in the container (2) and configured to convey said at least one banknote (S) or similar item from said predetermined area to the outlet (7) picking said at least one banknote (S) or similar item at a second zone of said at least one banknote (S) or similar item, wherein said second zone is other than said first zone. Such a device for sanitizing banknotes and similar items (1) also comprises at least one first UVC ray emitter (24), or at least one first ozone lamp, arranged in the container (2) in such a way as to directly irradiate and sanitize, in use, the entire lower face of at least one banknote (S) or similar item conveyed from the inlet (6) to the outlet (7) by the first conveyor system (8) and the second conveyor system (15); and at least one second UVC ray emitter (26), or at least one second ozone lamp, arranged in the container (2) in such a way as to directly irradiate and sanitize, in use, the entire upper face of at least one banknote (S) or similar item conveyed from the inlet (6) to the outlet (7) by the first conveyor system (8) and the second conveyor system (15).
Vehicle conveyor system and surface system for a vehicle conveyor
In an aspect, a conveyor system is provided for a vehicle having wheels. The conveyor system includes a conveyor having an inlet end positioned to receive a vehicle to be conveyed, and an exit end positioned for exiting of the vehicle off of the conveyor, and a surface positioned proximate to at least one of the inlet end and the exit end. The surface is positioned to support at least one of the wheels while at least another of the wheels is supported on the conveyor. The surface has surface properties selected such that a coefficient of friction between the surface and tire rubber is below a selected threshold so as to permit sliding of the at least one of the wheels on the surface while the at least another of the wheels is supported on the conveyor.
Electrode sheet turning mechanism
An electrode sheet turning mechanism includes a housing, a conveyor belt, a driver, and a stripper. The housing has a suction cavity, and forms an arc-shaped guide surface. A material feeding region and a material discharging region are formed on the arc-shaped guide surface, which is further provided with first suction holes. Second suction holes run through the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is wound on the arc-shaped guide surface, and seals the first suction holes. The driver is for driving the conveyor belt to move. The stripper is for extending to the position between the conveyor belt and the electrode sheet. In the present utility model, the electrode sheet can be automatically turned.
Article sorting facility
An article sorting facility includes a plurality of storage members each configured to store one or more articles, a plurality of article transport vehicles each capable of traveling in at least a portion of a preset travel lane with one or more support members on board, each support member being configured to support one or more articles; a plurality of work areas each configured to allow work to be performed to transfer articles between one or more storage members and at least one of the one or more support members on board an article transport vehicle in the travel lane, wherein each of the work areas is located adjacent to one or more storage members and to the travel lane, wherein the plurality of work areas are arranged one adjacent to another along the travel lane, and wherein two or more article transport vehicles are in the travel lane simultaneously to travel in a line.

Configurable Belt Conveyor
A configurable belt conveyor for manufacturing comprising first belt and an adaptable border adjacent to the belt. The adaptable border having a first configuration in which a first width of the belt is available for supporting a pallet on the conveyor belt, and a second configuration in which a portion of the belt is covered by the adaptable border, such that the second width of the belt is sized for supporting a printed circuit board (PCB). In one embodiment, the configurable belt conveyor may be configured to form a dual stream conveyor.
