Component mounting apparatus
A component mounting apparatus includes a component mounting unit including a suction configured to adsorb and transport a component; a first light source configured to emit first light to the component; a second light source configured to emit second light to a Fiducial mark of a substrate; a filter configured to transmit the first light reflected by the component through the filter and reflect the second light reflected by the Fiducial mark; and an image capturer configured to detect the first light transmitted through the filter and the second light reflected by the filter.
A TRANSPORT SYSTEM OF CYLINDRICAL PRODUCTS TO BE LABELLED
A transport system for cylindrical products to be labelled includes a first conveyor and a second conveyor. The first conveyor has pairs of support members for supporting the cylindrical products, which are predisposed parallel to one another and mutually distanced so as to identify a free space between them. The second conveyor is a looped conveyor having an upper branch and arranged with the free space present between the pairs of support members and comprises pairs of idle rollers which, when moving along the upper branch, are interposed with each support member pair. The upper branch has an ascending portion so that the rollers can abut the products transported by the support member pairs and raise the products from the housings so that the products are supported only by idle rollers when they transit at an abutting means of a label applicator.

Belt conveyor and modular conveyor belt for inclines
An incline conveyor using a modular conveyor belt with a repeating pattern of belt sections. Each belt section includes a first region with a high-friction flat top surface, a second region with a high-friction textured top surface, a third region between the first and second regions with a recessed low-friction top surface, and a fourth region between consecutive belt sections with a top surface like that of the third region. The textured top surface, which may be formed by a plurality of nodules, provides multiple high-friction catch points to stop polybags from sliding down the inclined conveyor.

Methods of conveying and sizing produce
The present invention includes conveying and sorting systems utilizing a plurality of continuous rails which support a plurality of sliding pucks that are urged forward using a plurality of sprocket wheels, and which utilize magnetically operated activation components for causing produce to be selectively dropped from cups carried by the pucks into sorting bins. The structures for the conveying and actuating components of the systems have smooth external surfaces reducing potential contamination by bacteria, contaminants and debris, thereby making them easily accessible for cleaning, and allowing for longer continuous operation times and higher efficiency.
