Conveyor belt for use within a toaster appliance for preventing the pinching of food buns
A conveyor belt for conveying articles along a conveyor path comprises a plurality of slat members disposed parallel to each other and disposed transversely with respect to the conveyor path, wherein leading and trailing edge portions of the slat members are angled downwardly with respect to the conveying surface upon which articles being conveyed are supported so as to prevent edge portions of the articles being conveyed from being interposed between the leading and trailing edge portions of the slat members so as not to be pinched by adjacent ones of the leading and trailing edge portions of adjacent slat members.
CONVEYING TRACK APPLIED TO UNATTENDED TUNNEL TYPE CAR WASHING MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a conveying track applied to an unattended tunnel type car washing machine. The conveying track includes a front conveying track section, a middle conveying track section, and a rear conveying track section, which are sequentially connected; where a transition roller is arranged between two adjacent conveying track sections; in each conveying track section, a track frame is used as an integral support on one separate side, and a chain plate formed by splicing a metal steel pipe and a chain is used as a rotary chain plate on one separate side; and two rotary chain plates are driven by a same driving reduction motor, and the driving reduction motor is in driving connection with the two rotary chain plates through a driving shaft. The present disclosure has higher strength and a lower cost.
CONVEYOR BELT COMPRISING INTERLOCKING PLATES HAVING A STAKED-END
A conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt having a slat connection mechanism such as a plurality of rods or a plurality of rivets, and a plurality of slats. At least one of the slats in the plurality of slats includes a connection element extending from one end of a flat body portion, the connection element extending downward from a flat body portion in direction that is substantially perpendicular to a top surface and substantially perpendicular to a leading edge. The connection element includes a first planar portion and a second planar portion, the first planar portion being offset from, but substantially parallel to, the second planar portion.
Launching system for robotic sausage loading machine
A system, and associated method, for launching and delivering separated food product in organized groups to a robotized packaging station for the product. The system initiates the delivery via a metered hopper of food product delivering the product to a launch V-belt that aligns the product end to end. A successive singulator belt, positioned adjacent to and receiving product from the launch belt, further organizes the product into a single file alignment. An optional separator belt may follow the singulator belt to create gaps between successive product units. The product is then delivered to a pick belt for product to be provided to the packaging robot. The system product information is from a single (per product delivery line) sensor, enabling intergrated end-to-end control from hopper to robot, and a nearly continuous motion of said pick belt.

Conveyor Belt
The invention relates to a conveyor belt including a repeating interconnected arrangement of: rods spaced apart in a longitudinal direction and each extending in a lateral direction and connecting links arranged on both ends of the rods. Each link includes a nose section extending in lateral direction and two legs arranged on either side of the nose section, the legs extending in longitudinal direction. The nose section and the two legs provide a U-shaped structure. Laterally aligned first openings are arranged in each of the legs adjacent to the nose section for reception of a rod. Laterally aligned second openings are arranged in each of the legs adjacent the free ends of the legs. The first openings of a first link are aligned with the second openings of a second link for reception of a rod thereinto.

A conveyor belt includes a conveyor belt slat that is coupled to a side carrier by a locking connection between the slat and the carrier at least along the side edges of the conveyor belt slat.
Conveying a material to be conveyed
The invention relates to a conveying system for conveying a material to be conveyed along a conveying path. The conveying system includes a conveying chamber in which the conveying path is arranged. At least one component of a conveying mechanism for conveying the material to be conveyed is arranged outside the conveying chamber. The conveying mechanism includes a traction drive having at least one traction element by means of which carrying elements can be moved in order to convey the material to be conveyed. The carrying elements are arranged in the conveying chamber and protrude through a through-opening out of the conveying chamber. Inside the conveying chamber and/or in the region of the through-opening, the surfaces of the carrying elements are at least partially provided with a thermal insulation material.
