Magnetic material handler
A material handler that uses chain driven magnetic plates to create a magnetic surface. The magnetic surface undulates and is able to lift ferrous material such as metal cans. The handler allows metal cans that are palletized to be removed quickly and easily.
Snap On Slat For A Chain Conveyor Belt And Conveyor Belt System Comprising Same
A conveyor belt system provides a continuous flat support surface for a food item that moves the food item through a food preparation device. The conveyor belt system includes a conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced apart rods and a plurality of slats that are removably attached to the conveyor belt with a snap on mechanism. The slats are easily assembled and provide enhanced field service and/or replacement capability.
CONVEYOR BELT FOR USE WITHIN A TOASTER APPLIANCE FOR PREVENTING THE PINCHING OF FOOD BUNS
A conveyor belt for conveying articles along a conveyor path comprises a plurality of slat members disposed parallel to each other and disposed transversely with respect to the conveyor path, wherein leading and trailing edge portions of the slat members are angled downwardly with respect to the conveying surface upon which articles being conveyed are supported so as to prevent edge portions of the articles being conveyed from being interposed between the leading and trailing edge portions of the slat members so as not to be pinched by adjacent ones of the leading and trailing edge portions of adjacent slat members.
Dual-sloping carousel
A dual-sloping carousel is disclosed. According to the present invention, the carousel comprises forward-sloping and reverse-sloping sections, so as to reduce the risk of falling baggage, thereby preventing the baggage from being damaged.
CONVEYING SYSTEM
The invention relates to a conveying system (1) for conveying items (2.1, 2.2) to be conveyed. The conveying system (1) comprises a conveying path (30) and at least one first conveying means (6) that can move along the conveying path (30) and is designed to convey a first item (2.1) to be conveyed. The conveying system (1) also comprises at least one second conveying means (7) which can move along the conveying path (30) along with the first conveying means (6) and which is designed to convey a second item (2.2) to be conveyed that is of a different type than the first item (2.1).
MODULAR CONVEYOR BELT WITH ATTACHED PLATES
A modular conveyor belt constructed of a series of conveyor belt modules, some of which include retainers for removably retaining plates, such as cutting boards, to the outer surface of the belt. The longitudinal extent of each of the retained plates in the direction of belt travel exceeds the articulation pitch of the conveyor belt.
Chip conveyor
A chip conveyor, which reduces the discharge amount of a cutting liquid by a simple structure, includes a storage tank in which chips and cutting liquid are stored; an endless conveyor main body which connects both end portions of a number of hinge plates in a front-back direction to each other by a hinge and circularly moves through a climbing portion from an inside of the storage tank by a driving mechanism; and a control device which controls driving of the driving mechanism, in which, in the conveyor main body, multiple scraping plates formed in a standing state with respect to the hinge plate are disposed with an interval in an advancing direction, and in which the scraping plates are formed along a width direction of the conveyor main body and have one or more through portions through which the cutting liquid passes within the width interval thereof.
DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING CHIPS
Provided is a device discharging chips, which is configured to allow smooth transfer because it is possible to absorb transformation of connecting pins due to a force generated while chain belts are operating as well as smoothly discharging a coolant and chips.
DUAL-SLOPING CAROUSEL
A dual-sloping carousel is disclosed. According to the present invention, the carousel comprises forward-sloping and reverse-sloping sections, so as to reduce the risk of falling baggage, thereby preventing the baggage from being damaged.
Conveyor with non-stick slats
Conveyor 12 includes a belt assembly 14 to which are mounted slat assemblies 16 on which work products are transported. The slat assemblies 16 are composed of transverse slat members 18 which are attached to the underlying belt assembly 14 by clips 20 that encircle portions of the belt as well as encircle portions of the slat members to engage within slots, grooves, bores, or blind bores 134 formed along the length of the slats.
