The present invention is directed to a conveyor belt comprising a plurality of spaced rods and a plurality of slats, the slats comprising a base portion for carrying an item, the base portion having a perpendicular leading edge of the base relative to a direction of conveyance travel of the conveyor belt and a perpendicular trailing edge of the base relative to the direction of conveyance travel of the conveyor belt, wherein at least one of the leading edge and the trailing edge is coupled to one of the plurality of rods.
Process for Producing Water-Absorbing Polymer Particles
The invention relates to a process for producing water-absorbing polymer particles, comprising the steps of: processing an aqueous polymer gel from polymerization of a monomer solution or suspension, drying the aqueous polymer gel in a conveyer dryer, in particular in a forced air conveyer dryer, wherein the conveyer dryer has a circulating conveyer belt and the aqueous polymer gel is conveyed on the circulating conveyer belt, and wherein the circulating conveyer belt is formed as a circulating plate conveyer belt, comprising a number of belt plates separated by a hinge line of a hinge assembly and each belt plate having a surface for receiving the aqueous polymer gel, wherein said hinge assembly comprises a knuckle joint (301) with the hinge line in form of a straight hinge line.
CONVEYOR STRUCTURE OF CONVEYOR DRIVEN FABRIC DYEING MACHINE
A conveyor structure for use with a conveyor driven fabric dyeing machine is provided. The conveyor includes at least one pair of conveyor chains that are parallel to each other, or a similar structure, and a driver roller that guides and drives the conveyor chains. A plurality of conveyance plates are arranged to straddle between the conveyor chains. The conveyance plates have first ends fixed to the conveyor chains and opposite second ends that are free ends and are movable with respect to the conveyor chains. With the conveyance plates that are stiff supporting the weight of fabric, the conveyor, when conveying fabric, is prevented from curving and deformation so that there is no need to additionally provide a support structure, the entire structure is simplified and easy to install and remove for maintenance, and it is hard for debris and contaminants to hide therein and cleaning is made easy.
Conveyor with non-stick slats
Conveyor 12 includes a belt assembly 14 to which are mounted slat assemblies 16 on which work products are transported. The slat assemblies 16 are composed of transverse slat members 18 which are attached to the underlying belt assembly 14 by clips 20 that encircle portions of the belt as well as encircle portions of the slat members to engage within slots, grooves, bores, or blind bores 134 formed along the length of the slats.
Formed product grill
A conveyor system includes an upper and lower synchronized conveyors that transfer a food product, such as eggs, through a heating system to cook the food product. The lower conveyor includes a belt and the upper conveyor includes rings that are moveably held within frames. The upper conveyor includes a connection system for removably connecting the frames to drive belts. The rings and belt are brought together to define receptacles in which the food product is arranged during cooking. After cooking, the rings are lifted off of the belt, leaving the food product on the belt. A transfer roller transfers the cooked food product from the belt for further processing, such as freezing of the food product.
Fastening device for fastening a plate to traction means
A plate belt of a moving walkway has plates arranged in succession in a movement direction and between two mutually parallel link chains formed by chain links of different widths. Each chain link is connected with one of the plates by at least one fastening device. The fastening devices include a fastening bolt and a cup washer, wherein the cup washer has a cup base ring and a cup collar encircling the cup base ring. The inner height of the cup collar corresponds with the thickness of at least one chain link strap of the chain link and the inner diameter of the cup collar is greater than the outer diameter of the region of the fastening bolt bearing against the cup base ring in the mounted state.

A conveyor belt includes a plurality of spaced rods and a plurality of slats. Each of the plurality of slats includes a base portion for carrying an item. The base portion has a perpendicular leading edge of the base portion relative to a direction of conveyance travel of the conveyor belt and a perpendicular trailing edge of the base portion relative to the direction of conveyance travel of the conveyor belt. At least one of the leading edge and the trailing edge is coupled to one of the plurality of rods.

A conveyor belt includes a conveyor belt slat that is coupled to a side carrier by a locking connection between the slat and the carrier at least along the side edges of the conveyor belt slat.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HEAT PROCESSING
A machine for processing tubing includes a chamber, a heater, a conveyor belt that passes through an interior space of the chamber, each of twenty or more links of the conveyor belt further comprising a generally planar outer-facing surface, each adjacent to a generally planar outer-facing surface of at least one other link, forming a generally planar composite surface along a substantially linear sub-path, and wherein a first link and a second link each comprises a first longitudinally-extending barricade adjacent a first side and a second longitudinally-extending barricade adjacent a second side of the at least one generally planar outer-facing surface, the barricades separated by a transverse distance that is less than one-half of the width of the conveyor belt, and wherein when the first and second link are in the substantially linear sub-path, a distance between the distal end of the first link and the proximal end of the second link is less than a total length of the substantially linear sub-path, such that an elongate member resting on and extending along the generally planar composite surface is transversely restricted from migrating more than one-half of the width of the conveyor belt.
Transport device
Provided is a transport device that can transport two or more types of articles without necessarily requiring a change of parts. The transport device includes a guide extending in a transport direction of an article, and a holding unit configured to hold the article between the holding unit and the guide and to move in the transport direction. The holding unit includes two or more roller units. In each roller unit, two or more rollers, including a first roller and a second roller with a diameter larger than a diameter of the first roller, are aligned along an axial direction. The holding unit is movable in the axial direction. The holding unit is moved in the axial direction to thereby switch the rollers abutting the article among the two or more rollers.
