HBI slow cooling system and method
A briquette cooling conveyor system includes an apron pan conveyor. The apron pan conveyor includes: an apron pan with openings adapted to drain water from the apron pan conveyor, an apron pan upper, carry strand, and an apron pan lower, return strand. The briquette cooling conveyor system further includes a carriage side flushing hopper positioned between the apron pan upper, carry strand and the apron pan lower, return strand, and the carriage side flushing hopper is configured to capture fines and water from the system.
APPARATUS FOR SORTING AND CONVEYING
An apparatus for sorting and conveying, including: a cargo carrying assembly; a conveying assembly, configured to drive the cargo carrying assembly to move; where, the conveying assembly comprises a sprocket set and a chain drivingly connected to the sprocket set, the chain is pivotally connected with a roller, and the sprocket set is configured to be engaged with the roller to drive the cargo carrying assembly to move circularly; and a bearing assembly, disposed adjacent to the sprocket set and configured to bear the roller in response to the roller to be engaged with or disengaged from the sprocket set.
CHAIN CONVEYING MECHANISM AND ARTICLE SORTING SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of sorting, and in particular to a chain conveying mechanism and an article sorting system. The chain conveying mechanism provided by the present disclosure includes: a chain transmission mechanism, including a chain and a sprocket, wherein the chain is driven by the sprocket to rotate; a cart, arranged on the chain and rotating along with the chain, wherein the cart includes a cart body and two wheel groups connected to two opposite sides of the cart body, and each of the wheel groups includes a first wheel and a second wheel arranged intervals on the same side of the cart body; and linkage mechanisms being in one-to-one correspondence with the wheel groups, wherein each of the linkage mechanisms connects the chain with the first wheel and the second wheel, and enables the first wheel and the second wheel to swing relative to each other to change a distance between the first wheel and the second wheel. On such basis, the turning stability of the cart at the sprocket is effectively improved.
Conveying and metering device
A conveying and metering device with an endless apron belt that is movable by rollers on guide rails, wherein sections of the guide rail that are opposite one another are separated from the adjacent sections and, for determining the mass of the conveyed material, are supported on weighing devices that are connected to an electronic analysis device. Provision is made that the sections of the guide rail to be weighed, together with longitudinal members and transverse struts that are perpendicular to the longitudinal members, form a weighing frame, and this weighing frame is supported at each of its four corners on a separate weighing device, wherein an adjustable centering device is provided between the weighing frame and each of the weighing devices.
Systems and methods for a wire plate conveyor belt
A plate element is disclosed that is capable of use in a wire conveyor belt assembly having multiple spaced rods. The plate element may include a plate body having a planar base surface, one or more engagement elements to engage one or more of the spaced rods, and an interface element that extends away from the planar base surface to form a raised interface surface.
Linear induction sorter
A container sorting system can receive a container on a conveyance surface and convey the container in a conveyance direction. A linear induction motor positioned relative to the conveyance surface (e.g., below) can generate a magnetic field that causes movement of a shoe coupled to the conveyance surface. The shoe can move relative to the conveyance surface and engage the container to change the movement direction of the container. The movement direction of the container can be changed to move the container off of the conveyance surface.
CONVEYOR WITH TOWABLE ELEVATING CARRIAGE
A towable conveyor for transporting and elevating articles and a method and system for towing a conveyor and conveying articles up inclines is provided. The conveyor system has an elevating carriage and a plurality of support elements for conveying articles up the conveyor. Specifically, the towable conveyor system comprises a conveyor having a support frame, a plurality of support elements, a drive end with a motor, and an idle end; an elevating carriage having a first end interconnected to the support frame of the conveyor, a second with two or more wheels, and a support member extending upwardly from the elevating carriage; a cable system for raising the conveyor into a position of use and for lowering the conveyor into a towing position; one or more locking mechanisms; and a hitch for connecting the conveyor to a rear end of a towing vehicle.
CONTINUOUS INTENSIVE QUENCHING APPARATUS
An intensive quenching (IQ) apparatus and method of quenching heated parts is provided. The IQ apparatus includes a chute for placing parts into a tank including liquid quenchant. The parts fall through the quenchant in the chute and are received by a conveyor belt. The parts are then transported on the conveyor through an inner channel of a conduit. An agitation rate of the quenchant in the inner channel is increased by an agitator.
