Machines for sorting objects
Machines for sorting objects having a series of carriages fixed at a given interval (P) to two drive belts configured to move along closed-loop paths in two parallel vertical planes are provided. Each path may include a top horizontal section and a bottom horizontal section joined together by two curved connecting end sections. Two end assemblies may be arranged at the curved end sections of the path. Each assembly may include crown gears which are configured to engage with the belts and a series of sliders which are configured to retain the carriages along a semicircular section close to the crown gears. The carriages are thus able to perform a rotary/translational movement along the end connecting sections and keep their support surface horizontally oriented.
Vertical transmission equipment
A vertical transmission equipment includes a base which includes a mount surface, a carrier movably disposed on the base and including a supporting surface, and a positioning assembly disposed on the base and to selectively position the carrier, and the supporting surface of the carrier is perpendicular to the mount surface of the base.
AUTOMATED PIZZA-MAKING SYSTEM
A vehicle-based, automated pizza-making system including a two-piece pizza pan conveyed between pizza-making components on a series of pan drive rails. The two-piece pizza pan can include a base and a removable ring for containing the unfinished pizza and toppings. The rails can include timing belts for conveying the two-piece pizza pan through the system with improved positional control and accuracy.
PALLET SWITCHING CONVEYOR
A pallet switcher includes: a supporting structure; at least two mobile frames, each for carrying a pallet, each mobile frame of the at least two mobile frames including a first pair of rollers and a second pair of rollers on lateral sides of the mobile frame; a conveyor system located on the supporting structure for allowing movement of the at least two mobile frames, the conveyor system being connected to a drive shaft; a set of guiding grooves forming a closed loop having separate rails, and a guiding path for each mobile frame, the set of guiding grooves having a first path and a second path, the grooves receiving the rollers of the mobile frames; and a cam switching system for the pairs of rollers in the guiding grooves, the cam switching system guiding the pairs of rollers so that the first pair of rollers follows the first path.
Transporting device and heating device
A transporting device can transport at least one product, the transporting device includes a mounting frame, a driving mechanism, a transmitting mechanism including a plurality of bent portions, a plurality of guiding mechanisms, and a supporting mechanism. Each guiding mechanism includes a rotating wheel and a guiding plate. Each bent portion is connected to the rotating wheel. The guiding plate is connected to the rotating wheel. The supporting mechanism can support the product. The driving mechanism is further connected to the rotating wheel and can drive the transmitting mechanism to rotate to drive the supporting mechanism to move. The driving mechanism is further connected to the guiding plate, the guiding plate and the rotating wheel can synchronously rotate to drive the supporting mechanism to pass through the bent portions. The present disclosure further provides a heating device.
Carrier basket transporter having carrier baskets with increased weight carrying capacity
A carrier basket support and stabilizing system for a carrier basket having increased weight carrying capacity is provided. The system includes a plurality of cars configured to travel along a pathway, with at least some support groups including two of the cars having a carrier basket support connected thereto. The carrier basket support has a support plate connected to the first car via a pivoting connection and connected to the second car by a pivoting and sliding connection such that the cars can pivot relative to the support plate and a distance between the first and second cars can change during traversal of curves along the pathway. A support connection on the support plate is configured for connection to a mating connection on a back support of the carrier basket to allow pivoting of the carrier basket so its support surface can remain generally horizontal during movement on the pathway.

A pallet switcher includes: a supporting structure; at least two mobile frames, each for carrying a pallet, each mobile frame of the at least two mobile frames including a first pair of rollers and a second pair of rollers on lateral sides of the mobile frame; a conveyor system located on the supporting structure for allowing movement of the at least two mobile frames, the conveyor system being connected to a drive shaft; a set of guiding grooves forming a closed loop having separate rails, and a guiding path for each mobile frame, the set of guiding grooves having a first path and a second path, the grooves receiving the rollers of the mobile frames; and a cam switching system for the pairs of rollers in the guiding grooves, the cam switching system guiding the pairs of rollers so that the first pair of rollers follows the first path.
Stabilized carrier basket trolley, stabilized carrier basket transporter system and method of stabilizing a carrier basket in a carrier basket transporter system
A stabilized carrier basket trolley for a transporter system, the trolley has two cars on the track, on a first side of a support plate and pivotable relative thereto. A distance between the cars changes during traversal of curves and a center of the trolley moves relative to the track towards the inside of a curve. A carrier basket is pivotably connected on the support plate and pivots about a pivot axis. The trolley includes a gear mechanism for actively compensating a moment acting on the carrier basket during traversal of curves that includes a drive wheel drivingly connected to a first gear rotatably mounted on the support plate, and a second gear, meshing with the first gear, non-rotatably connected to the carrier basket. The drive wheel comes into contact with a side of the track upon movement of the center of the trolley relative to the track.
