Proppant conveyor systems and methods of use
A proppant conveyor system has: a tower; a bucket elevator; a telescopic conveyor boom mounted to the tower above a ground surface; the telescopic conveyor boom being connected to convey proppant from an outlet of the bucket elevator to a discharge point defined by the telescopic conveyor boom; and the telescopic conveyor boom being mounted to swing in lateral directions relative to an axis of the tower to reposition the discharge point. A method includes: conveying proppant up a bucket elevator, along a telescopic conveyor boom mounted on a tower above a ground surface, and into an inlet of a first storage bin at a well site; repositioning the telescoping conveyor boom over an inlet of a second storage bin at the well site by swinging the telescopic conveyor boom in a lateral direction relative to an axis of the tower; and conveying proppant up the bucket elevator, along the telescopic conveyor boom, and into an inlet of the second storage bin.
Feed apparatus for a slurry
An apparatus is provided for feeding slurry to a recycling or slurry treatment process at an elevated location. The apparatus includes a reception hopper for receiving the slurry from a transport vehicle, and a bucket elevator for conveying the slurry from a loading zone, in communication with the reception hopper, to a discharge zone at an elevated location. The reception hopper includes a trough having parallel side walls and a bottom wall. The loading zone of the bucket elevator communicates with a first end of the trough, the trough including a movable wall extending perpendicular to the side walls of the reception hopper and being movable towards the first end of the trough to urge slurry towards the loading zone of the bucket elevator.
System having a carousel of buckets configured to induct inventory items into packaging
In one embodiment, a system has a carousel that has a guiderail that forms a loop that has a loading position and an unloading position. The carousel also has a plurality of buckets, each having an upper end and a lower end. The lower end includes at least one bottom wall that is moveable between (i) a transporting configuration where the at least one bottom wall substantially closes the lower end of the bucket and (ii) a discharge configuration where the at least one bottom wall is moved so as to define an opening in the lower end of the bucket. The buckets are supported by the guiderail such that the buckets can be driven from the loading position towards the unloading position in the transporting configuration. The buckets can be transitioned to the discharge configuration so as to unload inventory items at the unloading position into a packaging material.
TRANSPORTABLE RECEIVING AND STORAGE SYSTEM
A system has a surge bin, a distribution conveyor assembly, an elevating conveyor assembly, and a receiving conveyor assembly. The surge bin has an internal storage compartment, a top input opening, and a bottom output opening. The distribution conveyor assembly has a distribution frame attached at an input end thereof to an upper portion of the surge bin, and a distribution conveyor mounted on the distribution frame. The elevating conveyor assembly has an elevating conveyor configured to receive granular material at an elevating input and discharge the received granular material selectively to the top input opening of the surge bin or to the distribution conveyor input. The receiving conveyor assembly has a receiving station configured to receive granular material from a discharge of a transport vehicle, and a receiving conveyor operative to transfer the received granular material from the receiving station into the elevating input.
Ball launcher
A ball launcher for launching a plurality of balls into a well, including an endless conveyor belt, the conveyor belt forming a plurality of ball retainers, each operable to contain one of the plurality of balls, a drive motor for selectively driving the conveyor belt, and a brake for braking the conveyor belt.
Vented bucket
A vented bucket for use in an endless conveyor system, such as a bucket elevator, includes two oppositely disposed side panels joined by a rear panel, a bottom panel, and a front panel. At least one vent tube extends along or within one of the rear panel, side panels or front panel in a substantially vertical orientation.
GRAIN ELEVATOR PADDLE FOR COMBINE HARVESTER
A paddle for a grain elevator of a combine harvester includes a plate and a leg. The plate is configured to be coupled to a chain at a first location on the chain. The plate has a top side for carrying grain, a bottom side opposite the top side, and a lip that extends along a perimeter of the top side of the plate for retaining the grain on the top side. The leg extends from a bottom side of the plate for releasably contacting the chain at a second location that is spaced from the first location.
Bulk lifting transportation system applied in buildings
The present invention is a kind of bulk lifting transportation system applied in buildings, which relates to the elevator technology field and the construction field. It includes a lift shaft, and the lift shaft is provided with a driving mechanism, a reversing mechanism, and its transportation belt. The driving mechanism and the reversing mechanism are respectively arranged at the two ends of the lift shaft, and the conveyor belt bypasses the reversing mechanism and is connected with the driving mechanism; The conveyor belt is provided with loading devices for placing stuff at intervals. The number of loading devices is the same as the number of floors of the building, and the distance between adjacent loading devices is equal to the distance between adjacent pick-up openings; The process of connecting and separating greatly saves the time required for single lifting transportation and can significantly improve transportation efficiency.
