Transport trolley
A transport trolley for transporting objects for a rail system having at least one rail that has at least three running surfaces, said transport trolley comprising: a base body having an object carrier for receiving at least one object; a roller support which is rotatably supported at the base body and at which at least a first, a second, and a third roller are rotatably supported; and an alignment system having a roller support alignment device for aligning the roller support relative to the base body and having a roller alignment device for a relative alignment of the rollers with respect to one another and/or to the base body.
Discrete conveyance unit, for blueberries and similar fruit or vegetable products
A discrete conveyance unit for blueberries and similar fruit or vegetable products that can be installed in series along a processing line for blueberries, or similar fruit or vegetable products, includes a central plate, which can be moved cyclically along at least one portion of the line. The unit further includes a plurality of axially symmetrical supporting elements which are coupled to respective opposite lateral edges of the plate. Each adjacent pair of elements defines a respective support and accommodation seat for a corresponding blueberry, or similar fruit or vegetable product, so as to allow its discrete conveyance along the at least one portion of the line.
Trolley conveyor
A trolley conveyor. The trolley conveyor includes: a tubular rail track having a slotted opening at the top. A trolley chain installed to move in the rail track. A hanger is provided for suspending therebelow objects to be transported. The hanger includes a connector at the upper end thereof which extends downward to toward the center of the trolley chain. The trolley chain includes vertical and horizontal rollers in chain units, with vertical rollers in one chain unit and horizontal rollers in an adjacent chain unit. The chain units are pivotally connected for up and down and side to side motion within the track. While the trolley chain moves, the connector avoids contact with the ends of the slot in the track. Thus, the trolley conveyor prevents the generation of noise and foreign substances. Also, the trolley conveyor prevents transfer of dirt, oil, and debris to an object being transported.
Overhead conveying apparatus for mounting on the ceiling of an assembly plant
The invention relates to an overhead conveying device (01) for integration in an assembly plant in order to transport vehicle components (02) by means of a conveying device (03) arranged on the overhead conveying device (01), said overhead conveying device having at least one supporting framework (04), wherein the supporting framework (04) has a length of more than 5 m and a width of more than 2 m, and wherein the conveying device (03) can be mounted at the supporting framework (04), and wherein the supporting framework (04) and the conveying device (03) form a stiff conveying layer, in or at which the vehicle components (02) can be transported from an input point to an output point, and wherein the overhead conveying device (01) is mounted in suspended fashion, with the help of bearing means (13), on the ceiling structure (10) of the assembly plant, and wherein the suspended mounting of the overhead conveying device (01) on the ceiling structure (10) of the assembly plant gives rise to the formation, between the underside of the supporting framework (04) and the upper side of the floor of the assembly plant, of a free space (18), which is suitable for component assembly and/or for component transport purposes and in which it is possible to walk and/or drive, wherein the supporting framework (04) comprises frame elements (05) with a closed frame cross-section, wherein the component plane spanned in each instance by the frame element (05) extends substantially vertically upwards, and wherein the surface normal of the component plane spanned in each instance by the frame element (05) points in the conveying direction.
DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTING CONTAINERS, SUCH AS BEVERAGE BOTTLES
A device for transporting containers. The abstract of the disclosure is submitted herewith as required by 37 C.F.R. §1.72(b). As stated in 37 C.F.R. §1.72(b): A brief abstract of the technical disclosure in the specification must commence on a separate sheet, preferably following the claims, under the heading “Abstract of the Disclosure.” The purpose of the abstract is to enable the Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and gist of the technical disclosure. The abstract shall not be used for interpreting the scope of the claims. Therefore, any statements made relating to the abstract are not intended to limit the claims in any manner and should not be interpreted as limiting the claims in any manner.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECONDITIONING RAILCAR SIDE FRAMES
A system and method for reconditioning railcar side frames including an overhead conveyer system, a railcar side frame holder, where the side frame is secured in the side frame holder, where the side frame holder is movably engaged with the overhead conveyer. The side frame and side frame holder are moved along the conveyer to a plurality of stations to perform operations such as welding and grinding. The side frame holder enables the side frame to be rotated 360 degrees while secured in the side frame holder. The side frame holder includes a fixed side arm, a movable side arm, and a pair of frame guides.

IMPROVED CONVEYOR APPARATUS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION AND WEIGHING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS
Method for the transportation and weighting of each of a continuous succession of agricultural products comprising a singling device with a plurality of pockets linearly arranged and on a rectilinear motion in translation along a parallel direction to the alignment line of the pockets, wherein the products are grasped in a drawing station by means of a first transferring means provided with gripping devices (grippers) opening downside and transferred to a release station wherein they are placed onto a second transferring means, wherein said gripping devices grasp in succession the products arranged on said singling device and wherein during the transportation onto the first transferring said products are singly weighed; said gripping means and the respective products are subjected to, in said first transferring means, a translation and to sequential and ordered distribution along two or more distinct and parallel alignment axes; said second transferring means comprises a plurality of movable conveyors parallel one to the other, aligned onto the respective vertical plane with respective alignment axes, and provided with a plurality of containers and open at the top; the motion of said grippers and of said containers is such that to a same gripping device is associated a corresponding one of said containers, so that each gripping device releases the respective product onto a respective one of said containers.
Method and system for conveying articles and an apparatus for doing the same
A conveyor for transporting and elevating articles and a method and system for conveying articles up inclines is provided. The conveyor has a conveyor belt and a plurality of support elements extending outward from the article-conveying surface of the conveyor belt advancing upward along the incline. The support elements prevent conveyed articles from sliding down the conveyor belt on the incline. The article-conveying surface of the conveyor belt may provide a low-friction retention surface to articles leaning away from the conveyor belt on the incline.
Transfer system and material-handling system and method using such transfer system
A material-handling system and method includes at least one first processing station, each having an input and an output. A linear transfer system made up of a plurality of transfer units that travel in unison in a linear motion past the input and output of the first processing station(s) either receives articles from the output and discharges articles to the input or transfers articles between the first processing station and a second processing station. A control sequences articles between the transfer units and the first input and output or between the first processing station and a second processing station in a manner that enhances operation of the processing station(s).
