CHAIN CONVEYOR AND LINK FOR SAME
A link for a conveyor chain includes a first portion and a second portion laterally spaced apart from the first portion. The first portion includes a first sprocket-engaging pin, and the second portion includes a second sprocket-engaging pin. The first sprocket-engaging pin and the second sprocket-engaging pin protrude laterally away from one another. The first sprocket-engaging pin and the second sprocket-engaging pin may each have an oblong cross-section. At least one retainer can secure a connecting pin against movement relative to at least one of the first portion and the second portion, and each retainer can be positioned substantially within one of the first portion and the second portion.

The abnormality detecting system comprises a sensor unit comprising a sensor, to be fixed to a chain that is to be attached to equipment, and transmitting an output from the sensor, a detection section which detects an abnormality of the chain or the equipment based on the output, and a determining section which determines a location of the abnormality in the equipment, based on a position of a part fixed with the sensor unit in the equipment, the position changes in each time point with moving of the chain.

Indexing Device
The present invention relates to a transfer arrangement for transferring sausage-shaped products, like sausages, to a rod-like element, like a smoking rod, provided in a loading position in a hanging line, each of the sausage-shaped products contain a flowable filling material in a tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing provided with a suspension element, like a suspension loop, through which the sausage-shaped products can be suspended on the rod-like element. The transfer arrangement comprises an infeed device having an infeed conveyor and a guide bar along which the suspension elements of the sausage-shaped products are guided in an infeed direction to the rod-like element, a transport device which is arranged above the rod-like element and the guide bar and which has a conveyor device with transportation elements for transporting the sausage-shaped products along the guide bar towards the rod-like element, and a drive device for driving the conveyor device, and an indexing device for supporting the guide bar. The indexing device includes at least two pairs of indexing pins configured to be reversibly moved pairwise and alternately into an engagement position for engaging with the guide bar for supporting the guide bar and into a release position for disengaging with the guide bar for allowing the passage of a suspension element of a sausage-shaped product to be suspended on the rod-like element in the loading position, wherein the indexing pins of each pair of indexing pins are arranged on opposite sides of the guide bar and at least substantially opposite to each other, and a transmission arrangement for driving and controlling the movement of the indexing pins. The transmission arrangement is driven by the transport device.
Indexing Device
The present invention relates to a transfer arrangement for transferring sausage-shaped products, like sausages, to a rod-like element, like a smoking rod, provided in a loading position in a hanging line, each of the sausage-shaped products contain a flowable filling material in a tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing provided with a suspension element, like a suspension loop, through which the sausage-shaped products can be suspended on the rod-like element. Linear transport system
A linear transport system for conveying an object, wherein the linear transport system comprises at least one stationary guide rail and at least one movable conveying device, wherein the conveying device comprises a first guide unit having a first track roller, a second track roller and a first turntable, wherein the first track roller and the second track roller are mounted in a rotatable manner at the first turntable and lie against the guide rail, wherein the guide rail comprises a longitudinal rail axis extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein the first turntable is mounted about a turntable axis in a rotatable manner, wherein the turntable axis is arranged in an inclined manner, in particular perpendicular, to the longitudinal rail axis.
Linear transport system
A linear transport system for conveying an object, wherein the linear transport system comprises at least one stationary guide rail and at least one movable conveying device, wherein the conveying device comprises a first guide unit having a first track roller, a second track roller and a first turntable, wherein the first track roller and the second track roller are mounted in a rotatable manner at the first turntable and lie against the guide rail, wherein the guide rail comprises a longitudinal rail axis extending in the longitudinal direction, wherein the first turntable is mounted about a turntable axis in a rotatable manner, wherein the turntable axis is arranged in an inclined manner, in particular perpendicular, to the longitudinal rail axis.
FLEXIBLE CONVEYOR BELT ASSEMBLY WITH CHAIN TRACTION SYSTEM AND CAPACITY TO FOLLOW A CURVE
The present invention relates to a flexible conveyor belt assembly (100) with a chain traction system for moving products/raw materials in bulk, which comprises a support structure extending in a straight or curved manner (105), to which are fixed the rails (102), the toothed actuating wheel (103) and the toothed return wheel (106), which additionally comprises deflection wheels (109), a flexible conveyor belt (101), with a pleated profile, produced with metallic inserts (108), a chain (107) and pulleys (104) that move along the structure, in which traction is exerted on the chain (107).
Pressing device
A pressing device having an endless conveyor which includes conveying elements connected to each other to form and endlessly revolving track. Adjacent conveying elements are pivotally connected together via pins forming pivot axes. A press roller is provided in a pressing zone to apply pressure to the material to be pressed, which is conveyed on the endless conveyor. Adjacent conveying elements of the endless conveyor have intermeshing fingers, and the pin connecting the conveying elements penetrates these fingers, such that in the pressing zone the conveying elements assume a pivot position with respect to each other in which the outer side of the endless conveyor forms a closed, plate-like surface without protrusions of recesses. The pressing zone follows a break open zone in the circumferential direction of the endless conveyor, and in the break open zone the endless conveyor is deflected such that the outer side thereof is concavely bent.
Pressing device
A pressing device having an endless conveyor which includes conveying elements connected to each other to form and endlessly revolving track. Adjacent conveying elements are pivotally connected together via pins forming pivot axes. A press roller is provided in a pressing zone to apply pressure to the material to be pressed, which is conveyed on the endless conveyor. Adjacent conveying elements of the endless conveyor have intermeshing fingers, and the pin connecting the conveying elements penetrates these fingers, such that in the pressing zone the conveying elements assume a pivot position with respect to each other in which the outer side of the endless conveyor forms a closed, plate-like surface without protrusions of recesses. The pressing zone follows a break open zone in the circumferential direction of the endless conveyor, and in the break open zone the endless conveyor is deflected such that the outer side thereof is concavely bent.
