Conveyor including modular frame and spindle adjustment mechanism
A conveyor construction for a continuous belt conveyor. The conveyor includes a conveyor frame assembly constructed from a plurality of separate extruded and joined frame sections. The frame assembly can include a pair of side frame extrusions joined to a center frame extrusion by a pair of attachment rails. The conveyor construction further includes a series of spindle mounting assemblies that support a tensioning spindle on opposite ends of the conveyor frame. Each of the spindle mounting assemblies includes a gear rack and a pinion head that is rotatable to move the gear racks. The gear racks contact one of a pair of head plates that support the tensioning spindle relative to the frame.

CONVEYOR GUIDE RAIL ATTACHMENT
Conveyor beam attachment (2) adapted to be attached to a conveyor beam (41), comprising a first catch (5) adapted to engage one flange (43) of a T-slot (42) in the conveyor beam (41), and comprising a second and third catch (6, 7) adapted to engage the other flange (44) of the T-slot in conveyor beam (41), and where the first catch (5) or the second and third catches (6, 7) are spring-loaded. The advantage of the invention is that a guide rail can easily be mounted to and removed from a conveyor beam (41).

Conveyor beam attachment (2) adapted to be attached to a conveyor beam (41), comprising a first catch (5) adapted to engage one flange (43) of a T-slot (42) in the conveyor beam (41), and comprising a second and third catch (6, 7) adapted to engage the other flange (44) of the T-slot in conveyor beam (41), and where the first catch (5) or the second and third catches (6, 7) are spring-loaded. TOFU CONVEYING MACHINE
A tofu conveying machine includes a conveyor, a support member, and an elevation device. The conveyor is configured to convey tofu placed thereon. The support member is configured to support at least a portion of the conveyor from below, and the portion allows the tofu to be placed thereon. The elevation device is configured to elevate and lower the support member.
METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A ROLLER CONVEYOR, AND TENSIONING DEVICE FOR USE IN SUCH A METHOD
The invention relates to a method for assembling a roller conveyor having rollers for products, each having a cylindrical roller body and a first and second support element on opposite ends of the roller body, the second support element having pulley means; providing a frame having a first and second frame part for mounting therebetween the rollers; and, for the purpose of mounting a roller to the frame: mounting the first support element to a first mounting provision of the first frame part; passing a drive element and a further drive element over the pulley means of the roller; tensioning the drive element by exerting a force on the roller by means of a tensioning device; mounting the second support element of the roller to a second mounting provision of the second frame part while keeping the drive element tensioned; and removing the tensioning device from the roller.

A belt conveyor includes at least two support elements selected from a group consisting of roller holder elements and core elements for forming a conveyor plane for supporting a belt for conveying the products, in a conveying direction. The at least two support elements are formed separately and the support elements directly adjoining one another are rigidly connected to one another by a fastening device. The support elements adjoining one another in the conveying direction have stop surfaces abutting one another so as to ensure a predefined alignment of adjoining support elements in three mutually orthogonal spatial directions. The first spatial direction lies in the conveying plane in the conveying direction, the second spatial direction lies in the conveying plane transversely to the conveying direction, and the third spatial direction lies perpendicularly to the conveying plane.

SEAL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BOLTED TRACK USED IN CONVEYORIZED BAKING OVENS
A seal system and method for a bolted track such as a baking system conveyor track. The seal system provides a seal between a pair of track pieces being coupled end-to-end to one another. The seal system includes flanges attached near the ends of the track pieces and a gasket compressed between the flanges when the track pieces are coupled to form a seal. In example embodiments, the gasket is attached to a track plate. The track plate is coupled between the flanges and is configured to shield the gasket from heat and direct flame. The seal system optionally also includes a joint cover affixed to the bottom of the coupled flanges to form a secondary seal.
TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM WITH MAGNETIC CLUTCH
The present invention relates to a transportation system for transporting products in a transportation direction. The transportation system comprises a conveyor unit for transporting the products in the transportation direction from a first end of the conveyor unit towards a second end of the conveyor unit, and a drive unit for driving the conveyor unit. The drive unit comprises a drive means and a first magnetic clutch component for transmitting torque to the conveyor unit. The conveyor unit comprises a second magnetic clutch component for receiving torque from the drive unit. The transportation system further comprises supporting means which includes first and second supporting elements with the first supporting elements arranged at the drive unit and the second support elements arranged at the conveyor unit, for supporting the conveyor unit such that at least the first magnetic clutch component and the second magnetic clutch component are aligned to each other, and for supporting torque transmitted from the drive unit to the conveyor unit. The present invention further relates to a drive unit as well as a conveyor unit, both adapted for use in a transportation system.
