POSITION LIMITER FOR FLIGHTED CONVEYOR BELT
A conveyor employs an assembly at a drive end having a position limiter assembly configured to accommodate flights in a conveyor belt while ensuring proper engagement between the conveyor belt and a drive. The end assembly includes opposing end plates, a drive extending between the end plates and a position limiter assembly extending between the end plates below the drive for ensuring proper engagement of a conveyor belt with the drive. The position limiter comprises a series of spaced apart rollers mounted to and spaced from a mounting bar extending between the end plates. Roller mounting arms connect the rollers to the mounting bars.
MODULAR SENSING DEVICE AND CONVEYOR HAVING THE SAME
A modular sensing device has multiple assembling components, and at least one object-detection sensor. The assembling components extend along a direction. Each one of the assembling components has a housing being tubular and an electrical connecting device mounted inside the housing. The housings of the multiple assembling components are detachably connected in sequence. The at least one object-detection sensor is mounted to one of the assembling components. The electrical connecting devices of the assembling components are electrically connected in sequence and are electrically connected to the at least one object-detection sensor. The detachable housings of the assembling components make the modular sensing device applicable to conveyors of different widths and promote flexibility of installation.
LINER SHEET, REPLACEMENT LINER, CONVEYOR PAN, CONVEYOR, AND LINER REPLACEMENT METHOD
The present invention pertains a replacement liner (10) for insertion in a conveyor pan (100) of a chain type conveyor (200), comprising a floor part (12) having a left connection surface (14) and a right connection surface (16), a left side part (18) having a left side part connection surface (20) connectable to the left connection surface (14), and a right side part (22) having a right side part connection surface (24) connectable to the right connection surface (16). The connection surfaces (14, 20, 16, 24) are configured to form, in a connected state, a form-fitted connection with their complementary connection surface (14, 20; 16, 24). The present invention further pertains to a conveyor pan (100), a chain type conveyor (200) comprising such, a liner replacement method and a liner sheet.
Rail and track system and adjustable cartridges for supporting spiral and straight conveyor belts
A rail and track cartridge for building straight or radial belt conveyors comprises two or more rails connected to each other, wherein the two or more rails each has a first and second free end; and a track connected to each rail, wherein each track is supported by tabs protruding from the rail, wherein the track is offset to the side from the rail, and an upper track surface is above a top surface of the rail. An adjustable cartridge has bent free ends of the two or more rails attached to the same tier arm to adjust the length of the rails to fit within the tier arms.
Connection assembly
An assembly for detachably connecting first and second components includes a fastener that transitions between a locking position and a release position. The fastener comprises a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion. The first fastening portion connects to the first component and the second fastening portion connects to the second component. The first and second fastening portions are disposed opposite each other along an axis of the fastener.
Roller assembly for a conveyor belt
The assembly of the disclosure includes two inclined side rollers and two central rollers, each one of the rollers being mounted around a respective shaft. The shaft of each side roller has an upper end hinged to a respective support portion arranged on one side of the conveyor belt, the shaft of each central roller having ends mounted on opposite sides of a rocker frame. Each one of the opposite sides of the frame has a median portion hinged, in an suspended way, at the lower end of the shaft of a respective side roller.
