SELF-ADAPTIVE LUGGAGE TRANSFER DEVICE AND SYSTEM
A self-adaptive luggage transfer device and system. The self-adaptive luggage transfer device includes a base, a conveyor mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism. The lifting mechanism is arranged between the conveyor mechanism and the base and is configured to drive the conveyor mechanism to lift. The self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism is obliquely arranged between the conveyor mechanism and the base and is in transmission connection with the lifting mechanism. Two ends of the self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism are movably connected to an output end of the conveyor mechanism and the base, respectively. The conveyor mechanism is configured to drive an end of the self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism connected to the conveyor mechanism to lift in a first direction, and the lifting mechanism is configured to drive at least one end of the self-adaptive extendable transfer mechanism to move in a second direction.
Vehicle-mounted conveyor system
Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a vehicle-mounted conveyor system, and more specifically a conveyor system that can be mounted on a short-length, non-CDL truck. The conveyor can convey a wide range of materials, including shingles, shakes (e.g., loose dirt, gravel, and rocks), tiles, underlayment, solar panels, siding, bricks, fasteners, etc. In some embodiments, the conveyor system includes a frame with a four-sided FRP tube, a belt positioned on top of the tube, cleats interconnected to the belt, belt pulleys, a motor, a material backstop, and conveyor positioning features. Conveyor positioning features include a tilting hinge and carriage guide, a conveyor carriage, a telescopic vertical post, and a slewing drive. In some embodiments, the conveyor frame is a fiber-reinforced plastic material.
Vertical diverter for a conveyor system
The invention relates to a vertical diverter for a conveyor system having a lower conveyor track and an upper conveyor track, wherein the vertical diverter is provided and designed for vertically connecting the two conveyor tracks, and the vertical diverter has a lower diverter track and an upper diverter track. The vertical diverter is characterized in that the lower diverter track is shorter than the upper diverter track, that the lower diverter track is provided and designed to be lowered at least at one end in order to make room for the connection of the end of the upper diverter track to be lowered, and that the upper diverter track is provided and designed to be lowered at least at one end, and that the lowered end of the upper diverter track rests where the unlowered end of the lower diverter track previously rested.
