A boom assembly for conveying material includes a main boom assembly and a distal boom section. The main boom assembly is mounted at one end, and at the distal end of the main boom assembly there is a distal boom section. The main boom assembly can be a telescoping boom assembly having a fixed section and the telescoping section that extends from and retracts into the fixed section. A main conveyor belt transits the main boom assembly and drives a pulley at the distal end of the main boom section, which in turn is used to drive the distal boom section, in particular the distal section conveyor belt. Other equipment can also be powered using electrical or hydraulic means.

Specimen transport device, specimen pretreatment system, analysis system, and specimen testing automation system

A plurality of transport lines having driving belts are driven to transport specimen racks on which a specimen container is disposed. A single driving motor having a rotating shaft, a shaft for transmitting power of the driving motor, drives the driving belt and a plurality of pulleys transmit rotation of the shaft to the belts to drive the belts.
