Device and method for transferring components
A device for transferring components includes a transfer assembly and a drive assembly. The transfer assembly has a transfer track transferring a plurality of components therein. The transfer track has an operation position for operating the components. The drive assembly has a first drive mechanism transferring a first set of components of the components at the operation position in the transfer track and a second drive mechanism transferring a second set of components of the components at the operation position in the transfer track. The first drive mechanism and the second drive mechanism in turn drive the first set of components and the second set of components, continuously transferring the components.

A fabric treating apparatus including: a cabinet defining a treating chamber in which clothes is accommodated; a first conveyer and a second conveyer for conveying the clothes in one direction; a first fixing member to which the first conveyer is fixed, and which is rotatably installed in the cabinet; and a second fixing member to which the second conveyer is fixed, and which is rotatably installed in the cabinet.

An apparatus may move a carriage along a rail. The apparatus may include a frame and one or more sets of teeth. A shuttle may translate with respect to the frame. The shuttle may engage with the carriage to translate the carriage in a first direction. The teeth may extend into a carriage recess of the frame. The teeth may allow the carriage to translate within the carriage recess in the first direction. The teeth may inhibit the translation of the carriage within the carriage recess in a second direction.
APPARATUS FOR MOVING ITEMS ALONG A RAIL
An apparatus may move a carriage along a rail. The apparatus may include a frame and one or more sets of teeth. A shuttle may translate with respect to the frame. The shuttle may engage with the carriage to translate the carriage in a first direction. The teeth may extend into a carriage recess of the frame. The teeth may allow the carriage to translate within the carriage recess in the first direction. The teeth may inhibit the translation of the carriage within the carriage recess in a second direction.
Automatic loading of trays into carts
A method for automatic loading of trays into a cart, where the cart is adapted to receive trays at different vertical tray levels, comprises detecting the tray levels with a tray level sensor and lifting the cart with a lifting device from a floor to different vertical positions such that the tray levels in the cart will be at the same vertical level as a loading surface of a conveyer arrangement, which transports the trays to the cart on the loading surface. The method also comprises activating tray stoppers to stop the movement of the trays on the loading surface until the cart is at a correct vertical position, and deactivating the tray stoppers to allow the trays to be loaded into the cart when the cart is at a correct vertical position. The cart is lifted and loaded until all tray levels have been filled, and then the cart is again lowered to the floor. An apparatus for automatic loading of trays into a cart according to the method is also provided.

A fabric treating apparatus including: a cabinet defining a treating chamber in which clothes is accommodated; a heating unit for supplying at least one of hot air and steam into the treating chamber; and a conveying device for conveying clothes positioned outside the cabinet to the inside of the cabinet, wherein the conveying device includes: a frame including at least two sliding surfaces inclined downward in a first direction, and at least two restraining surfaces that is disposed between the two sliding surfaces and defines a surface intersecting the sliding surfaces; a lifter including at least two inclined surfaces inclined downward in the first direction, and at least two intersecting surfaces that is disposed between the two inclined surfaces and defines a surface intersecting the inclined surfaces; and a drive unit which moves the lifter in a vertical direction intersecting the first direction, wherein each of the intersecting surface is disposed on an arbitrary line parallel to each of the sliding surfaces in the vertical direction.

A sorting/handling system for sorting/handling parcels or packets (P) comprises a tray conveyor (1) and a loading unit (3) for loading packets onto the trays of the conveyor, which loading unit comprises a plurality of pusher shoes (5) mounted to slide on a slat conveyor and spaced apart in pairs with uniform spacing, said pusher shoes being guided in a rail (8) forming a cam for injecting the packets onto the trays of the tray conveyor.

In a stick delivering apparatus I, a receiving space D capable of receiving a stick receiving part 2 of a cart II in a stick arrangement direction Y is formed at a position in close proximity to a support arm device 63 in a stick longitudinal direction X. The support arm device 63 includes a stationary stick supporting member 64 extending in the stick arrangement direction Y and a raising/lowering stick supporting member 65 extending in parallel with the stationary stick supporting member 64 in the stick longitudinal direction X. The stationary stick supporting member 64 and the raising/lowering stick supporting member 65 have serrated receiving tooth portions 64A and 65A, respectively, and the receiving tooth portions 64A and 65A have stick sliding edges 64A-1 and 65A-1 which are inclined with respect to a horizontal plane.
Rejection mechanism for a conveyor system
A rejection mechanism for a conveyor system, which pushes parcels across a surface, includes a linear actuator and a paddle mounted to the linear actuator for movement between a first position and a second position. The paddle includes a bracket portion, an upright portion, and a lateral wall portion. The lateral wall portion is configured to push parcels across a surface positioned below the lateral wall portion as the paddle is moved from the first position to the second position. In some embodiments, the rejection mechanism can further include a way cover which expands and contracts with movement of the paddle. In some embodiments, the lateral wall portion can be configured to rotate about an axis of rotation defined by a hinge to transition between an engaged and a disengaged position.
