FARM IMPLEMENT WITH FOLDING AUGER

A farm implement includes a frame, a container mounted on the frame, a hitch extending away from a front wall of the container in a first direction, and an auger assembly extending away from the front wall. The auger assembly includes a receiving portion coupled to the container, a lower portion coupled to the receiving portion, an upper portion coupled to the lower portion, a joint assembly coupled to both the upper and lower portions, and a discharge portion coupled to the upper portion. The joint assembly allows the upper portion to pivot about a folding axis between a transport position and an operating position. In the operating position, the lower portion is angled toward the hitch relative to a vertical plane extending transverse to a direction of travel by the farm implement, and the lower portion is angularly offset from the upper portion by a second angle.

A combination weigher includes: a dispersion unit adapted to radially disperse food products dropped in from above and onto the dispersion unit; a plurality of V-shaped like guide structures extending radially away from a center of the dispersion unit and arranged such that a narrower end of the V-shaped like guide structures face a center point of the dispersion unit; a plurality of hoppers associated to each of the trenches arranged below the outfeed ends of the trenches; and a control unit; and screw feeders arranged in each of the trenches operated by the control unit. The space between adjacent V-shaped like guide structures at a distance R1 defines a buffer zone for radially dispersed food products from the dispersion unit. The screw feeders in the adjacent trenches have opposite orientation and rotate in opposite directions such that upper part of the screw feeders are rotating away from each other.

DOSING DEVICE, BEVERAGE DISPENSING DEVICE AND WORM BODY
20200037809 · 2020-02-06 ·

The present invention relates to a dosing device for a product in powder form, comprising a holder (10) intended to hold a first quantity of the product therein. The holder is provided with dosing means to draw off the product from the holder and move it to an outlet. The dosing means comprise a worm body (20) with a worm thread (21). In a first aspect the worm body comprises at an outer end facing toward the outflow opening at least one further worm thread (22) which runs between the first worm thread (21). In a second aspect the worm thread (21) encloses a smaller volume between successive turns at a base than between successive turns in a part thereof located further toward the outer end.

SCREW TRANSPORT APPARATUS FOR BOTTLES AND BOTTLING SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH SUCH AN APPARATUS
20200039753 · 2020-02-06 ·

The present invention relates to a screw transport apparatus for bottles, comprising: a support structure, which extends longitudinally between a bottle inlet 1a and a bottle outlet 1b of the apparatus, and a spiral-shaped helical body, which is associated with the support structure and extends axially parallel to the support structure between two own axial ends. The above spiral-shaped helical body can be rotated on itself about its own longitudinal axis to move bottles in cooperation with the support structure. The spiral-shaped helical body comprises at least two spiral-shaped seats, which extend coaxially between the two axial ends. They are angularly offset from each other and differ from each other by the shape and/or dimensions of the relative bottle housing compartment defined by each of them. The two spiral-shaped seats are intended to be used alternatively to the other for the transport of bottles having different shapes and/or dimensions.
