The bin sweep auger unplugging system generally includes an auger having a driven shaft with auger fighting, a drive unit having a drive shaft, and a clutch connected between the drive shaft and the driven shaft. The clutch selectively transfers the rotation of the drive shaft to the driven shaft of the auger. The drive shaft includes a clump breakup component that breaks up the clump of granular material above the unloading sump when the drive shaft is rotated. The clutch is disengaged when breaking up a clump of granular material to prevent the rotation of the auger.

The drive members are spaced radially around the drive tower, with each drive member having a projecting driving ridge extending in length along at least a section of each drive member with a projecting shaft positioned on each drive member proximate an end of the driving ridge thereby defining an engagement zone. The projecting shaft defines a guiding surface around the shaft, such that in use a positive drive protrusion of a conveyor belt engages the guiding surface of the projecting shaft and is guided towards a leading side of the driving ridge.

Automatic cleaned drain piping system on crosshead type two-stroke engines. The invention is having a slow rotating centreless flexible spiral auger fixed mounted in the piping system. The purpose of the invention is to constant avoiding build-up of deposit inside the drain pipes during normal operation. My invention will prevent partly or full blockage of the drain piping. The invention will help to trouble free, reliable and safe continued operation of two-stroke crosshead type engines. The invention will give dramatic savings in man-hours, cleaning chemicals and materials used during manual pipe cleaning. The invention is suitable for mounting during construction of new engines as well as for retrofit. The purpose of the very slow rotating auger is solely to keep heavy, solid and slow flowing particles moving along with the freely flowing oil, thus avoiding deposit building up inside the pipe. The slow rotation speed of the auger inside the pipe creates a scraping action on the lower part of the pipe inner wall, thereby keeping heavy, solid and slow flowing particles in motion.
