Roller assembly
A roller assembly for use in a conveyor system is disclosed. The roller assembly includes a shaft and a roller rotatably mounted to the shaft. In one embodiment, the roller is made of ultra-high molecular weight plastic. Each roller has first and second ends. The roller assembly further includes a first collar and a second collar mounted on the shaft. The first collar is positioned at the first end of the roller and the second collar is positioned at the second end of the roller. Each collar is selectably affixable to the shaft so as to hold the roller in a fixed position along the length of the shaft.

Return Roller Assemblies for Conveyor Systems
A return roller assembly for a belted conveyor assembly is formed from an elongated circular roller assembly having ends adapted to affix to a frame assembly and at least one groove around the outside thereof, and at least one circular annular return roller assembly containing a rib about the inside circumference thereof. The elongated circular roller assembly groove is adapted to receive the circular annular return roller rib to retaining the circular annular return roller assembly during rotation of the elongated circular roller assembly.
Modular pulley for continuous belt conveyor system
A modular pulley assembly for a continuous belt conveyor can be assembly from a plurality of modular pulley disks that can be axially aligned and abut against each other to provide pulleys of differing lengths per demand. The modular pulley disks can be made from a non-metallic material such as a polymer and can manufactured by a suitable molding process. Making the modular pulley disks from non-metallic materials enables the disks to be formed with structural geometries such that the assembled pulley is structurally more rigid and can better distribute torsional loads and momentum from the belt to the support shaft.

CONVEYOR BELT ROLLER SUPPORT PROVIDING READY REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OR ROLLERS
A conveyor comprises a belt, at least one roller supporting the belt on a lower side thereof, the roller having opposite ends and a spindle at each opposite end, and a roller support for the roller. The roller support comprises a pair of spaced apart support brackets positioned at opposite lateral sides of the belt, a torque tube having opposite ends pivotally supported by the brackets, and a pair of spaced apart arms fixedly secured to the torque tube, one of the arms located near one of the opposite ends of the roller and the other of the arms located near the other of the opposite ends of the roller, each arm having an upwardly opening notch therein for receiving a respective roller spindle. The torque tube is pivotable between a first position wherein the roller supports the belt and a second position wherein the roller is spaced below the belt and permits sufficient clearance for the roller spindles to be lifted out of the notches in the arms and the roller to be removed from the roller support.
CONTAINER TRANSFER SYSTEM
A container transfer system is disclosed. The container transfer system can be installed on a vehicle or a rack. The container transfer system includes a conveyance assembly configured to move a container in a substantially horizontal direction along a longitudinal direction of the conveyance assembly. The conveyance assembly can include a frame comprising longitudinal members and transverse members and a plurality of rollers coupled to the frame. The plurality of rollers can include a first set of drivable rollers configured to be actively driven by a motor and a second set of passive rollers. The container transfer system also comprises a plurality of lift assemblies coupled between chassis rails of the vehicle and the frame of the conveyance assembly configured to raise and lower the conveyance assembly in a substantially vertical direction.
