CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND METHOD
A conveyor system, comprising a first conveyor assembly having: an input end; an output end; and a conveyor belt arranged to convey an object from the input end toward the output end in a direction of travel. The conveyor system comprises a fluid projection mechanism, the fluid projection mechanism being arranged to provide a fluid suitable for providing a lifting force to a conveyed object as the conveyed object passes over the fluid projection mechanism.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PULLEY WEAR MONITORING
A system and method for monitoring the wear of a pulley. A wear monitor pulley comprises a pulley comprising a curved shell, cylindrical body, and at least one wear monitor affixed to, or embedded in, the pulley, lagging, or backing, wherein the wear monitor transmits information about the pulley through electromagnetic fields. A method comprising affixing at least one wear monitor on a wear monitor pulley, associating information and data about the wear monitor pulley with the at least one wear monitor affixed to the at least one wear monitor pulley, transmitting a signal from the at least one wear monitor using electromagnetic fields from the at least one wear monitor to a wear monitor reader, reading the signal sent by the at least one wear monitor with the wear monitor reader, and determining whether the at least one wear monitor has sent the signal.
Motor-driven conveying roller comprising a cooling sleeve pressed into the drum tube
A motor-driven conveyor roller for conveyor systems for conveying containers, pallets, and the like, includes a drum tube with a cavity formed therein and a longitudinal axis, a shaft which extends in the longitudinal axis and on which the drum tube is supported by at least one bearing, and an electric drive unit arranged in the cavity. The motor-driven conveyor includes a cooling sleeve which is fixed radially inwardly to the drum tube and at least partially radially surrounds the drive unit so that a radial air gap is formed between the drive unit and the cooling sleeve. The disclosure also relates to a manufacturing process for such a conveyor roller.

Loading table roller brush assembly
A transport roller brush assembly that includes a base that is constructed to support a plurality of brush wires such that the plurality of brush wires are oriented to extend in a radial direction relative to an axis of rotation of an underlying material transport roller. The base is preferably split into at least two arcuate portions that can be removeably secured to one another preferably via cooperation of a plurality of collar or collar portions and such that the respective and preferably two arcuate portions generally circumscribe a transport roller when the base is secured thereto. Discrete brush assemblies are preferably provided in a plurality of inner and outer radial dimensions such that roller brush assemblies as disclosed herein can be used with transport rollers of various outer radial dimensions.

Return Roller Assemblies for Conveyor Systems
A return roller assembly for a belted conveyor assembly is formed from an elongated circular roller assembly having ends adapted to affix to a frame assembly and at least one groove around the outside thereof, and at least one circular annular return roller assembly containing a rib about the inside circumference thereof. The elongated circular roller assembly groove is adapted to receive the circular annular return roller rib to retaining the circular annular return roller assembly during rotation of the elongated circular roller assembly.

Modular pulley for continuous belt conveyor system
A modular pulley assembly for a continuous belt conveyor can be assembly from a plurality of modular pulley disks that can be axially aligned and abut against each other to provide pulleys of differing lengths per demand. The modular pulley disks can be made from a non-metallic material such as a polymer and can manufactured by a suitable molding process. Making the modular pulley disks from non-metallic materials enables the disks to be formed with structural geometries such that the assembled pulley is structurally more rigid and can better distribute torsional loads and momentum from the belt to the support shaft.
