Belt cleaner
A belt cleaner is provided which does not damage the belt surface during the scraping operation where tips on an arcuate scraper held in a holder are inclined and pushed against the belt surface with rotary shafts of the holder rotated by a resilient force. A scraper (20) is provided with a flat slope (29) extending in parallel with the belt surface from top edges of the tips (21) in the belt running direction (F), said flat slope (29) is made to contact with the belt surface in a manner of surface-contact connection when the tips are shifted up the posture from a vertical posture to an inclined posture, and a width (W) of said flat slope (29) in the belt running direction with respect to the thickness (t) of said tip (21) is formed under the condition of t<W.

Flexible and adjustable roller scrapers
A flexible scraper for a grader or other solid object processing system. The flexible scraper is adjustably mounted to a frame and contacts a rotating roller to clean the rotating roller or prevent components from wrapping around the roller, as well as maintain products within designated lanes. Connectors allow insertion and release of the scraper into and from the frame. The flexible scraper is inserted into slots in the frame and held against the rotating roller by gravity.

Conveyor belt assemblies and cleaning assemblies for holding blades
A conveyor belt cleaning assembly includes a first rail member, a second rail member, and a locking mechanism for removably securing the first rail member to the second rail member. The first rail member includes a first base wall, a first leg extending from a first end of the first base wall, a second leg extending from an opposite second end of the first base wall, a first bottom retaining wall, and a first side retaining wall defining a first inner taper portion extending inwardly toward the second leg. The second rail member includes a second base wall, an inner wall, an opposite outer wall, a second bottom retaining wall, and a second side retaining wall defining a second inner taper portion extending inwardly toward the inner wall. The second inner taper portion is a mirror image of the first inner taper portion.

Snap-on position limiter for a conveyor belt
A conveyor employs a low-tension, direct drive conveyor belt, and a snap-on position limiter for ensuring proper engagement of the belt and a drive sprocket. The position limiter includes a body, a limiting surface and a snap clap opposite the limiting surface for snapping the position limiter to a mounting shaft. The position limiter may include a mounting arm for mounting a conveyor belt scraper at the front of the position limiter. Mounting plates at the end of the conveyor support a mounting shaft for mounting the position limiter or other conveyor components in place relative to the drive sprocket.

BELT UNIT
First and second abutment portions are disposed in a cleaning container. The first abutment portion is arranged on the outer side relative to a first cleaning member in a width direction of a belt at a position corresponding to the first cleaning member in a circumferential direction of the belt and abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the belt. The second abutment portion is arranged on the outer side relative to a second cleaning member in the width direction at a position corresponding to the second cleaning member in the circumferential direction and abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the belt. The outer end of the first abutment portion is located on the inner side relative to the end of the first roller, and the inner end of the second abutment portion is located on the outer side relative to the end of the second roller.
