The drive device includes a drive roller configured to drive the conveyor belt, a first deflecting roller configured to guide the conveyor belt, a second deflecting roller configured to guide the conveyor belt, and a first locking device configured to secure the first deflecting roller in an operating position, and a first engagement guard configured to cover a first gap between the first deflecting roller and the conveyor belt when the first locking device secures the first deflecting roller in the operating position.
BELT CONVEYOR CAPABLE OF CONVEYING OILSEED PRODUCTS
A belt and a belt conveyor are provided for transporting particulate material and especially oilseeds up the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.

CLEANING ASSEMBLY FOR A TUBULAR DRAG CONVEYOR
A cleaning pig assembly is provided for use on a tubular drag conveyor. The assembly is quickly and easily mounted anywhere along the cable, chain, or rope via slots in the assembly components. The components include a puck, a plate, a drag disc, and a cleaning member or tool sandwiched between the puck and the plate. The drag disc provides interference fit on the cable, chain, or rope holding the assembly on the cable, chain, or rope and prevents sliding of the assembly along the cable, chain, or rope during use. The cleaning assembly is installed without the use of tools or clamps. Multiple interchangeable cleaning members are provided depending on cleaning needs.
Apparatus and method for cleaning and recovering paint in painting plants
A paint recovery and cleaning trolley is provided for an apparatus for applying paint provided with a belt for conveying pieces to be painted. The conveyor belt has an upper outward section and a lower return section. The trolley includes a paint recovery subunit and a cleaning subunit. Each subunit includes a reverse roller in contact with the lower return section of the conveyor belt, a doctor blade tangentially placed with respect to the reverse roller for all its length, and a doctor blade scraping the lower return section of the conveyor belt. In each subunit the respective reverse roller, doctor blades and return section of the conveyor belt form a closed chamber having the shape of a triangular prism, of which the components represent the rectangular faces and that contains a solvent which drips from the triangular faces into a respective collecting hopper. Three positions of the trolley are provided including two inserted positions in which the trolley is totally inserted under the conveyor belt and may be inactive or in operation and a lateral extracted position in which the trolley is totally extracted from the apparatus for applying paint.
