Industrial Systems, Methods and Devices for Handling and Managing Reusable Containers
New systems, methods and devices for the management of reusable food containers, such as dishes and/or trays, are provided. Systems and devices for managing a large inventory of dishes or trays to be re-used, are provided. A re-usable tray management and processor device is provided. The re-usable tray management and processor device includes a control system, a first, tray-receiving end, a tray conveyor, at least one scanning device(s), a denester/dispenser, a separator and an offloading end, configured to offload soiled reusable food containers to a washing, drying and packing section. Rotary release actuator(s) are included within the denester/dispenser. And a new form of rotary actuator and brush and excavator tool is provided, coupled with each of the rotary release actuators. In some embodiments, the control system plans actions downstream of a pre-cleaning station, based on data received from the scanning device(s).
Waterproofing of a Modular Head Cleaning System
A conveyor belt cleaning system is configured with waterproofing techniques throughout its entire body to prevent liquid from entering liquid-sensitive portions of the cleaning system, thereby reducing machine downtime or destruction. The conveyor belt cleaning system has a touchscreen control panel (i.e., a computing device) that controls the modular cleaning system's operations and one or more actuators that facilitate directional movement of the modular cleaning head. The control panel is comprised of the display, such as a touchscreen display, and the various computer-related components that effectuate the computer's operations, such as one or more processors (CPUs, GPUs, etc.), long and short-term hardware-based memory devices such as Flash memory, ROM (Read-Only Memory), RAM (Random Access Memory), etc., network interface cards (NICs) for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth? and other wired and wireless forms of communications, among other operational components.
Process and system for continuous inkjet printing
A process for printing a coagulating ink composition directly on a substrate being supported by an adhesive surface, effected by cleaning the adhesive surface with a cleaning composition capable of removing residues of coagulated ink composition from the adhesive surface is provided, as well as a system for carrying out the process and a formulation for the cleaning composition. The cleaning composition comprises a weak organic base (preferably EDTA salts) and is characterized by a pH level of at least 7.5.
Printing apparatus
A printing apparatus includes a transport belt which transports a printing medium, a cleaning tank which stores cleaning liquid, a first cleaning brush and a second cleaning brush which are contained in the cleaning tank and clean the transport belt, and a driving motor which drives to rotate the first cleaning brush and the second cleaning brush. The first cleaning brush and the second cleaning brush are driven to be rotated via a plurality of gears which include a driving gear which is provided in the driving motor and driven gears and which are provided in the first cleaning brush and the second cleaning brush.

Robotic service device and handling method
A robotic service device for a robotic picking system grid. The robotic service device can be configured for driving to any location on the grid in order to restart malfunctioning robotic load handling devices or to perform maintenance operations or cleaning in situ. Additionally, the service device may be used to rescue robotic load handling devices operational in the picking system. The robotic service device can include a releasable docking mechanism to enable it to dock and latch on to malfunctioning load handling devices. A deployable, releasable electrical connecting device is shaped to conform to a charging, powering, or battery component of one or more of the load handling devices.
