Apparatus and method for cleaning and recovering paint in painting plants
A paint recovery and cleaning trolley is provided for an apparatus for applying paint provided with a belt for conveying pieces to be painted. The conveyor belt has an upper outward section and a lower return section. The trolley includes a paint recovery subunit and a cleaning subunit. Each subunit includes a reverse roller in contact with the lower return section of the conveyor belt, a doctor blade tangentially placed with respect to the reverse roller for all its length, and a doctor blade scraping the lower return section of the conveyor belt. In each subunit the respective reverse roller, doctor blades and return section of the conveyor belt form a closed chamber having the shape of a triangular prism, of which the components represent the rectangular faces and that contains a solvent which drips from the triangular faces into a respective collecting hopper. Three positions of the trolley are provided including two inserted positions in which the trolley is totally inserted under the conveyor belt and may be inactive or in operation and a lateral extracted position in which the trolley is totally extracted from the apparatus for applying paint.

Formed product grill
A conveyor system includes an upper and lower synchronized conveyors that transfer a food product, such as eggs, through a heating system to cook the food product. The lower conveyor includes a belt and the upper conveyor includes rings that are moveably held within frames. The rings and belt are brought together to define receptacles in which the food product is arranged during cooking. After cooking, the rings are lifted off of the belt, leaving the food product on the belt. A transfer roller transfers the cooked food product from the belt for further processing, such as freezing of the food product.

Filling Machine and Method for Filling Packages with a Fluid Product
The invention relates to a filling machine (1, 1′) for filling packages (2) with fluid products with a continuously circulating transport device (14) for transporting the packages (2) through the filling machine (1, 1′), comprising a plurality of cells (15) for receiving the packages (2), wherein a supply device (13) for supplying packages (2) to be filled is assigned to a supply region (16) of the transport device (14), and an output device (27) for outputting the packages (2) is assigned to an output region (28) of the transport device (14), wherein a filling region (17) is provided between the supply region (16) and the output region (28) in the transport direction (14) of the transport device (14), and a return region (29) of the respective transport device (14) is provided between the output region (28) and the supply region (16), and wherein at least one nozzle (38, 38′) for spraying the cells (15) with a cleaning fluid (40) is associated with the return region (29) of the transport device (14). According to the invention, so that the accumulation of impurities and the contamination of the filled product with microorganisms can be better prevented, a spray wall (39) is arranged on the side of the transport device (14) facing away from the at least one nozzle (38, 38′) and opposite the nozzle (38, 38′) in order to catch and discharge cleaning fluid (40) sprayed from the nozzle (38, 38′) and passing the cells (15).
ROBOTIC SERVICE DEVICE AND HANDLING METHOD
A robotic service device for a robotic picking system grid. The robotic service device can be configured for driving to any location on the grid in order to restart malfunctioning robotic load handling devices or to perform maintenance operations or cleaning in situ. Additionally, the service device may be used to rescue robotic load handling devices operational in the picking system. The robotic service device can include a releasable docking mechanism to enable it to dock and latch on to malfunctioning load handling devices. A deployable, releasable electrical connecting device is shaped to conform to a charging, powering, or battery component of one or more of the load handling devices.
