METHOD FOR FILLING THE POCKETS OF A TRANSPORT DEVICE IN THE FORM OF A SUSPENSION CONVEYOR AND DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD
A method for filling the pockets of a transport device in the form of a suspension conveyor that includes one or more trolleys which are movably mounted on a trolley track in a trolley track direction and on each of which a pocket hanging downwards for receiving transported goods is arranged, the pocket being formed by at least one flexible material web that is planar when open and that is fastened at both ends to the trolley, forming a carrying loop or transport loop hanging downwards. The material web is releasably fastened by at least one end to the trolley. The method further includes the steps: a) advancing a closed pocket, b) opening the pocket by releasing the fastening of the at least one end of the material web to the trolley, c) filling the opened pocket with goods to be transported closing the pocket by fastening the at least one end of the material web to the trolley, and e) transporting away the filled and closed pocket.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF SORTING AND CONVEYING PRODUCE
A producing conveying system may include a conveying assembly having a continuous drive chain for driving the conveyance of produce along a plurality of fingers engaged with the drive chain. A conveying assembly may include a pair of augers, with a first auger extending across a first set of fingers and with a second auger extending across a second set of fingers. Each of the augers may rotate produce as the produce is conveyed, with the rotational axis being parallel to the direction of conveyance. A conveying assembly can also include a finger retention track for retaining a retention tab of a finger therein during produce conveyance. At an unloading portion of the conveying assembly, an ejection cam disposed within openings in the finger retention track may be actuated to allow the release of the retention tab and subsequent ejection of produce.

Systems and methods for separating objects using conveyor transfer with one or more object processing systems
A distribution system is disclosed for use in an induction system with an object processing system. The distribution system provides distribution of dissimilar objects into one of a plurality of receiving units. The distribution system includes an urging system for urging an object on a conveyor from the conveyor to one of a plurality of adjacent receiving stations via a receiving chute, wherein each receiving station is lower than the conveyor.
MOVEMENT DEVICE
The invention relates to a device for moving objects, comprising a plurality of individually movable transport movers for transporting the objects, comprising a track system for the transport movers, said transport movers being movable in a transport direction along at least one specified track in said track system, and comprising a controller for controlling the movements of the transport movers in the track system. Each of the transport movers comprises at least one slide which interacts with the track system and at least one object support attached to the slide. The support is at least temporarily arranged in a protruding position in which at least an object receiving region of the support protrudes laterally.
