The invention also relates to a transport system comprising such a switch and a transport element for such a transport system.

Article carousel

An article carousel may be configured for use with a track system. The article carousel may include a frame and a plate configured for movement with respect to the frame. The plate may include one or more carriers configured to receive one or more trolleys. Movement of the plate may enable each carrier to be aligned with the track system. During alignment, one or more trolleys may be transferred between each carrier and the track system.

Conveyor assembly for aligning products

Conveyor assembly for in a lying position, in X-direction from an inlet to an outlet, conveying products serially supplied in transverse series comprising: —an inlet conveyor situated on the inlet side; —a drive for driving the inlet conveyor for in X-direction conveying the transverse series of products lying thereon; —a first recording device for recording the position of the products within a transverse series, in a Y-direction that is horizontally transverse to the X-direction; —a first correction device for influencing the positions in Y-direction of the products within a transverse series; —a programmable control unit which is configured for receiving and processing the recording data from the first recording device and for controlling the first correction device, if the products within the recorded transverse series are not in the wanted position in Y-direction, —wherein the first correction device comprises a first conveyor and a first drive for it for conveying the products in X-direction, —wherein the first conveyor comprises a number of first sub-conveyors positioned next to each other for respective conveyance in X-direction of the products situated in a transverse series, according to paths that are situated next to each other, —wherein the first correction device further comprises first sub-drives for individually from each other setting the upstream ends of the first sub-conveyors in position in Y-direction, which first sub-drives can be controlled for that purpose by the control unit in response to the recording data received from the first recording device relating to the positions of the products in a transverse series in Y-direction, —wherein the first conveyor is situated downstream of the inlet conveyor.

A LINEAR CONVEYOR SYSTEM, A CONTROL METHOD FOR A LINEAR CONVEYOR SYSTEM, A CONTROL PROGRAM FOR A LINEAR CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND A RECORDING MEDIUM

The transfer operation C of moving the slider between one fixed linear module M2 and the movable linear module M5 while locating the movable linear module M5 in the facing range Fb2 facing toward the one fixed linear module M2, out of the plurality of linear modules M1 to M5 arranged in parallel, is performed. At this time, a judgement process (Step S105) of judging whether or not the coordinate axis A2 (one coordinate axis) of the one fixed linear module M2 and the coordinate axis A5 (other coordinate axis) of the movable linear module M5 are continuous is performed (Step S105). If it is judged in the judgment process before the transfer operation C that the coordinate axes A2, A5 are not continuous, the transfer operation C is performed (Step S107) while the speed control (not the position control) is executed for the slider 4. Thus, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a situation where the transfer operation C of moving the slider 4 between the movable linear module M1 and the movable linear module M5 cannot be performed due to the discontinuity of the coordinate axes A2, A5 respectively set for the movable linear module M1 and the movable linear module M5.

One or more discharge belts (10) receiving product lines from the storage, are arranged one above the other at the outlet of the storage for products from an interim storage (1) with product carriers (2, 3) on a plurality of planes in the lateral direction. The discharge belts transfer the product lines to a plurality of downstream receiving belts (14) arranged one above the other. The inlet deflectors (15) of the receiving belts are jointly height-adjustable.

Apparatus for conveying products

The invention relates to an apparatus for the single-track or multi-track conveying of objects along a conveying path extending in a conveying direction, wherein the conveying path for at least one track comprises at least one conveying device that takes over objects at the input side from a functional unit connected upstream and that transfers objects at the output side to a functional unit connected downstream; and wherein the conveying device as a whole and/or in an output-side end region is adjustable transversely to the conveying direction by means of an adjustment device such that the transverse position of objects to be transferred is changed within the respective track.

DIVERTING CONVEYOR USING A DIVERTING BELT WITH ACTUATED ROLLERS
20170349383 · 2017-12-07 ·

A conveyor system with a diverting conveyor belt crossing and intersecting a main conveyor line. The diverting conveyor belt has rollers on its outer side that rotate freely in the main conveying direction of the line. The downstream edge of the diverting conveyor is selectably tilted between a lowered, untilted position level with the main conveyor line and a raised, tilted position above the level of the main conveyor line. When the diverting belt is untilted and stopped, an article passes over the belt's rollers without being diverted. When the diverting belt is tilted and running, it diverts articles off the side of the conveyor line. In another version the rollers include an electrically conductive or magnetic material. A linear-motor stator under the diverting belt selectively actuates the conductive or magnetic rollers to draw undiverted articles across the belt.
