HINGED MAGNETIC MOVER FOR A MAGNETIC LEVITATION CONVEYOR
A hinged magnetic mover for conveying product comprises a plurality of hingedly connected modules including magnets. The magnets form an array of X magnets alternating with Y magnets. A carryway for the hinged magnetic mover forms a stator comprising XY coils with Hall sensors for interacting with the magnets to induce a motive force on the mover.
Conveyor system and method
A conveyor system, comprising a first conveyor assembly having: an input end; an output end; and a conveyor belt arranged to convey an object from the input end toward the output end in a direction of travel. The conveyor system comprises a fluid projection mechanism, the fluid projection mechanism being arranged to provide a fluid suitable for providing a lifting force to a conveyed object as the conveyed object passes over the fluid projection mechanism.

Belt conveyor capable of conveying oilseed products
A belt and a belt conveyor are provided for transporting particulate material and especially oilseeds up the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.

Transfer guard system and mount thereof
In one aspect, a transfer guard system is provided for transferring objects across a gap between conveying surfaces of a conveyor. The transfer guard system includes an elongate mounting member and at least one transfer guard member connected to the mounting member. The transfer guard system includes at least one mount having a receiver that receives the mounting member. The at least one mount includes a plurality of link members and at least one pivot connection between the link members. The at least one pivot connection permits the mounting member receiver to be pivoted along an arcuate path within the gap to position the receiver at a predetermined position in the gap. The at least one mount further includes at least one locking member operable to fix the link members relative to one another and secure the mounting member receiver at the predetermined position in the gap.
