Piler Conveyor System
A piler conveyor system for screening debris such as tare dirt from materials such as beets as the materials are conveyed across a piler. The piler conveyor system generally includes a frame supporting an upper conveyor and a pair of lower conveyors. The upper conveyor is adapted to receive materials such as beets. As the materials are conveyed by the upper conveyor, debris such as tare dirt or the like will fall through screening openings in the upper conveyor and onto the lower conveyor. The lower conveyor may then dispense the debris through a debris opening. The materials will drop off the end of the upper conveyor and fall onto the second lower conveyor, which will convey the screened materials to be dispensed.
Circular distribution apparatus
A circular distribution apparatus for distributing loose products has a top portion (17) with an inlet (19) positioned centrally relative to a vertical central axis, a base portion (7) comprising an annular horizontal floor (11); a plurality of openable and closable outlets (23) provided in the annular floor (11); a side wall (9) surrounding entirely the annular floor (11); a central elevation (13) disposed between the annular floor (11) and the inlet (19); and a vibrator (51) configured to vibrate the base portion (7) so that products received on the base portion (7) circulate around the elevation (13) on the annular floor (11). The top portion (17); the elevation (13); the annular floor (11); and the side wall (9) provide a housing (3) comprising a distribution chamber (5), where at least the elevation (13), the annular floor (11) and the side wall (9) are provided integrally.

SYSTEM FOR CONVEYING BULK COMPRISING A TROUGH HAVING AN OPENING AND A GATE FOR CLOSING THE OPENING
Conveyor system comprising a conveying element with one or more bottoms (1) and upright side walls (2, 3), wherein the bottoms (1) and the upright side walls (2, 3) together form a trough in which bulk products (9) may be transported along a main flow (A), wherein the conveying element comprises one or more openings (4) through which bulk products (9) may be poured, wherein the conveyor system comprises a gate (5) for closing a particular opening (4), wherein this gate (5) may be moved between at least a closed position and an open position, wherein the one or more openings (4) extend on the side walls (2), and wherein the gate (5) may be moved slidably along the specified opening (4).

Board conveyor apparatus for use in a board processing system
An unscrambler machine receives a load of wooden boards in its hopper. The unscrambler steadily dispenses one board at a time onto a grading “waterfall” conveyor. When the board leaves the unscrambler, it is relatively aligned, but not always adequately aligned, perpendicular to the direction of travel of the conveyor. In the case that multiple tiered “waterfall” conveyors are used, the board is cascaded down each waterfall configuration and will continue to be straightened out by nature of the effect of gravity on the board as it slides down to encounter the conveyor chain of each conveyor tier.
PRODUCT CONVEYOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF CONTROLLING CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
In some embodiments, systems and methods are provided to control a product distribution conveyor system comprising: a conveyor control circuit; a product feed conveyor system; conveyor lane systems cooperated with the conveyor lane system; routing systems that cause movement of respective products from the feed conveyor system to one of the conveyor lane systems; and a plurality of sensor systems; wherein the conveyor control circuit is further configured to enhance throughput of the at least one feed conveyor system by associating each of the plurality of conveyor lane systems one of a plurality of retail stores such that a total volume of the products is substantially equally distributed over the plurality of conveyor lane systems comprising organizationally subdividing conveyor lane systems to define a plurality of lane subdivisions, and associating each retail store with a respective one of the plurality of lane subdivisions.
