The present invention relates to a device for ejecting products in a unit for processing said products, a flow of said products moving one behind the other along a circulation trajectory. The device comprises an ejector for individually ejecting a product out of the circulation trajectory and a motor of the ejector. The ejector comprises at least one plate with a peripheral edge provided with at least one recess for receiving a single product and the motor comprises a rotation drive for said plate and means for synchronizing said drive with the flow of said products. The invention relates also to an installation and an ejection method.

Product packaging system

A product packaging system comprises a plurality of product sources (2, 4, 6) delivering product to a final collating and packaging line (10). The output from each machine is delivered by separate conveying means (8) delivering the products directly into a collating conveyor (20) which in turn delivers the collated products to a packaging line. The collating conveyor comprising an endless conveyor carrying a plurality of compartments, each compartment receiving from said conveying means products to be packaged. The compartments are configured to enable their sizes to be changed, and the endless conveyor comprises a track arranged in a vertical loop and a plurality of product supporting members mounted for movement along the track, each supporting member being driven along the track and controllable independently of the other supporting members.

This apparatus includes a carrying path for an electronic component, a holder unit holding and releasing the electronic component, and N number of rotary pickups including the multiple holder units, and intermittently rotating around the rotation axis. At least one of the rotary pickups is a first carrying structure. The rotary pickup adjacent to the first carrying structure is a second carrying structure installed so as to not overlap with each other, to have the respective rotation axes orthogonal to each other. The holder unit of the first carrying structure and that of the second carrying structure are each a sucking nozzle. The holder units of the first carrying structure and of the second carrying structure have a common stop position, and the electronic component is transferred at only a transfer point that is the stop position.
