Conveyance device, driven unit, auxiliary unit, and pallet
A conveyance device includes a pair of first and second support frames provided so as to be parallel to each other, and configured to define a conveyance track of a pallet; a driving unit provided on the first support frame and configured to apply a conveyance force to the pallet; a driven unit as a unit forming the pallet, configured to travel along a first guide portion of the first support frame by the driving unit; an auxiliary unit as a unit forming the pallet, connected to the driven unit via a placement member of the pallet and capable of freely traveling along a second guide portion of the second support frame, and a stopping unit including an engaging portion that engages with a portion of the driven unit, and configured to temporarily stop a movement of the pallet.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PACKING HETEROGENEOUS OBJECTS
Embodiments herein provide automated bin packing of heterogeneous objects to fill maximum number of objects in an available bin space in an efficient manner. Conventional methods are less efficient in packing heterogeneous objects in a space and time efficient manner. The apparatus receives a plurality of 3D objects through a primary conveyor and diverts each of the plurality of 3D objects to an identified cuboidal bin through a corresponding secondary conveyor. Each of the plurality of 3D objects are diverted based on a tracking code associated with each of the plurality of 3D objects and a computed available bin space of the identified cuboidal bin corresponding to each of the plurality of 3D objects. Here the available bin space is computed based on a bin space information received from a corresponding bin vision sensor and a corresponding state space of the identified cuboidal bin.
FOLDED PACKAGE
The technology described herein generally relates to particular form of folded package. The package packages loose particles into a conical container and secures the filling with a folded distal end. More specifically, loose plant matter, such as crumbled dried leaves, are supplied as filling and the package may further be provided with a fluid core.
Pressure-retaining Automata for Voice-operated Motherboard Adhesive and SR
The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic equipment for pressure retention of earphone voice-operated motherboard adhesive and SR, and discloses a pressure-retaining automata for voice-operated motherboard adhesive and SR, which consists of a rack, an independent belt module arranged on the rack, opposite sensors fixed on each belt module, a guide module set on the belt module, and a stop module disposed on the guide module. The invention realizes high automation and high positioning accuracy.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GROUPING OBLONG, PREFERABLY METALLIC PRODUCTS
Apparatus to group together oblong products, preferably metal, comprising a sliding plane inclined with respect to a vertical plane and configured to receive a plurality of the oblong products and to allow them to slide in a direction of sliding transverse to the longitudinal development of the oblong products. Retaining elements are provided on the sliding plane.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ASSEMBLING FRAMING COMPONENTS
A system for assembling elements into framing components is provided along with a method for the use thereof. The system may comprise a frame, a fastening tool, a first conveyor, a second conveyor, and a holder. The pieces of the system may be connected so that they may operate automatically, with only minimal operation by a user. The system increases the speed, efficiency, precision, repeatability, and safety of assembling framing components.
Bypass carton accumulator
A system is provided comprising a carton conveyor and a bypass carton accumulator adjacent to, and interfaced with, the carton conveyor. The bypass carton accumulator may comprise: a carton pick apparatus comprising a carton pick head; at least one stop device comprising a stopper movable between a first and a second position; and a storage apparatus. When in the first position, the stopper does not interfere with the flow of cartons along the conveyor and when in the second position, the stopper engages with a carton to stop a flow of cartons along the conveyor. The carton pick apparatus may be configured to pick up via the carton pick head a set of cartons from a pick-up zone of the carton conveyor after the stopper has moved to its second position and place the set of cartons in the storage apparatus.
Conveyance constraint
A conveyance device can include a conveyance surface and a conveyance constraint. The conveyance surface can receive a container and advance the container along the conveyance pathway. The conveyance constraint can be positioned across the conveyance pathway and include an opening. The conveyance constraint can block containers having a width or height larger than the respective width or height of the opening.
MAINTENANCE ACCESS ZONES FOR STORAGE AND RETRIEVAL SYSTEMS
A maintenance access system for a storage and retrieval system having a storage and retrieval space and automated transport vehicles disposed in the space. The system includes at least one maintenance access control unit associated with a portion of the space, at least one barrier in the space and defining a boundary of the portion of the space and configured to substantially prevent the passage of the vehicles past the at least one barrier, and a controller connected to the control unit, the controller being configured to receive a signal from the at least one control unit for isolating the portion of the space associated with the at least one control unit, where the controller in response to the signal closes the at least one barrier isolating the portion of the space and effects the removal from or shutting down of vehicles within the portion of the space.
FOLDED PACKAGE AND METHOD OF FORMATION
The technology described herein generally relates to particular form of folded package and the method of forming that folded package. More particularly, using a folding tip and the application of vacuum pressure to a paper cone it is possible to achieve the formation of properly folded packages that may further include a core that is deposited axially along the length of the package.
