SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING OBJECTS PROVIDED IN VEHICLES

An object processing system is disclosed for unloading objects from a trailer of a tractor trailer. The object processing system includes an engagement system including a truck entry portion for entering the trailer and for indiscriminately engaging unidentified objects within the trailer, and a conveyance system for conveying objects engaged by the engagement system toward an unloading portion of the trailer.

The present disclosure relates to equipment for handling bulk materials. In a particular form, the present disclosure relates to equipment for use in stockpiling grains in a bulk storage system of the type commonly referred to as a bunker, although its application is not so limited. In one aspect, there is provided a mobile stacker and reclaimer combination comprising a mobile stacker, and a mobile reclaimer which is movable independently to the mobile stacker, wherein in use, the mobile reclaimer simultaneously collects a bulk material and feeds this to the mobile stacker.

ON-LOCATION SAND DELIVERY SYSTEM & CONVEYOR AND PROCESS

In accordance with presently disclosed embodiments, systems and methods for using containers, instead of pneumatic transfer, to move bulk material from a transportation unit to a blender receptacle of a blender are provided. A transportation unit may deliver one or more containers of bulk material to the well site, where one or more conveyors may deliver the containers to a location proximate the blender receptacle. A chute may extend from the bottom of each container to route bulk material from the one or more containers directly into the blender receptacle. Since the transportation unit is able to unload the containers of bulk material without pneumatic transfer, the containers may enable a cleaner and more efficient bulk material transfer at the site.

A secondary silo on a second portable frame is independently portable relative to a primary silo and a vertical conveyor on a first portable frame. The vertical conveyor conveys flowable proppant material from an intake hopper below the primary silo into either one of the silos. The silos have gravity discharge chutes that are gravity fed directly into a proppant blender unit. An unloader on wheels is self-propelled and steerable relative to the silos. The unloader can be lowered relative to the wheels to sit on the ground to allow vehicles to drive over the unloader for discharge. Intake hoppers of the unloader can be raised up against the vehicle to form a closed duct discharging from the vehicles into the unloader. A discharge of the unloader forms a closed passage with the intake hopper of the vertical conveyor.
