20190315583 · 2019-10-17 · ·

Embodiments of the present disclosure describe a system for capturing dust and dust-laden air caused by the agitation, movement or transfer of particulate material. The system includes a dust collection assembly positioned proximate and associated with the delivery of particulate material to capture dust particles released by movement and settling of the particulate material when being dispensed and delivered. The dust collection assembly is positioned to direct an air flow in a flow path overlying the dust particles to capture the dust particles and move the dust particles away from the proppant thereby reducing risk of dust exposure.

DUST CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR BULK MATERIAL CONTAINERS

Controlling the dust emissions from the discharge of bulk materials from a container provides many benefits. A container engages a support structure that includes a frame. The frame includes a dust control enclosure coupled to an outlet or a hopper at the top of the frame and the container or a discharge gate of the container. The dust control enclosure comprises a collapsible and flexible material so that a tight seal is formed between the container and the hopper or the outlet of the frame. Dust from the discharged of the bulk material from the container is contained within the support structure. A dust control panel may also be disposed at the top of the frame to prevent any dust from migrating through the frame. The container may comprise a plurality of dust enclosure panels to further prevent the escape of dust during discharge of the bulk material.

A temporary, non-fixed partitioning system includes a common assembly bracket that can be readily assembled with a wall panel formed of various standard dimensioned building supplies. The wall panels may include a standard door slab, a standard window sash, standard dimensional lumber, a peg board, a chalk board, a whiteboard, a corrugated cardboard panel, a foam board, a gator board, a fiberglass panel, a cork panel, a plastic panel, an upholstered panel, a wood panel, and an acrylic-based or silica-based glass panel, and may also be suitable for receiving custom or desired printing of designs, indicia or other nomenclature. The partitioning system could be provided in a kit form with a plurality of common assembly brackets and wall panels, which are reconfigurable for a variety of uses such as co-working space, trade show booths, or lobby displays.

Portable conveying apparatus for transferring particulate material
10370205 · 2019-08-06 · ·

A portable conveying apparatus for transferring particulate material comprises a conveyor supported on a trailer frame and operable to convey the material for subsequent discharge to a target location. A housing mounted to the trailer frame and substantially covering a top of the conveyor defines at least one inlet for delivery of material from a container to the conveyor. A flexible chute communicating each inlet and a container discharge to guide the material to the apparatus housing is carried on the trailer frame in a storage position so as to be transportable therewith. Within the housing, an upper guide surface converges to a central grate disposed at a transversely offset location from the respective inlet for central depositing of the material onto the conveyor. A suspension arrangement is operable to raise and lower the trailer frame between transport and operating positions so that a bottom of the trailer frame can rest on the ground to inhibit the dust emanating during use.

Truck dumper dust control
10351365 · 2019-07-16 · ·

A truck dumper including a material receiving hopper, a tilt table configured to dump a load from the truck or truck trailer into the material receiving hopper. The invention includes a stilling shed positioned above the material receiving hopper and at least one curtain baffle suspended below the roof of the stilling shed. The curtain baffles are positioned such that there is a gap located near the roof and an upper margin of the at least one curtain baffle through which air can flow. The invention further includes an air exhaust structure configured to exhaust dust laden air from the interior of the stilling shed.

Unloading system for bulk material from a transport vessel, in particular a container
10322891 · 2019-06-18 · ·

The invention relates to an unloading system for bulk material from a transport vessel (4), in particular a container, into a silo or another hopper. With this system, the unloading process of the bulk material is easier, more cost-efficient, less time-consuming, more effective, contamination-free and emission-free. To do so, a basic frame (2) is provided which can be fixed to the transport vessel (4) to be unloaded. A screw trough (7) which can be shifted and locked horizontally, with a worm drive (8) as well as a pressurizable dust seal (12) between the screw trough (7) and the unloading opening of the transport vessel (4), are arranged on the basic frame (2). Moreover, a dosing device (11) for dosing the bulk material to be delivered and transport brackets (14) for forklift trucks are provided on the screw trough (7). The unloading device (1) is connected to the transport vessel (4) to be unloaded in such a way that the dust seal (12) is connected in a dust-proof manner to a flexible discharge device (17) of a container liner (14) and thereby forms a dual gasket.
