Pallet building system
An automated palletizer includes an automated package pick device capable of moving packages from a package deposit section to a pallet to form a pallet load from packages, a controller that is operably connected to the automated pick device, the controller having a pallet load generator configured to determine a pallet load structure of mixed packages, the pallet load generator being programmed so that it determines the load structure from mixed package layers overlaid over each other at least one of the mixed package layers being formed of stacks of mixed packages, top and bottom surfaces of the stacks corresponding to the at least one mixed package layer respectively forming top and bottom surfaces of the at least one mixed package layer that are substantially flat. The controller generates commands for the pick device to build the pallet load from the load structure determined by the pallet load generator.
TRAY ASSEMBLY FOR USE WITH A CARRIAGE IN A PRODUCT SORTATION SYSTEM
A tray assembly is provided for use with a carrier in a product sortation system. The tray assembly includes a platform to receive parcels loaded onto the carrier. A pair of movable edge members are disposed at opposite sides of the platform. Each edge member is integrated with a combination including a pair of pivotable support arms and a spring element intermediate of the support arms. Each support arm supports its edge member at one end and is pivotally mounted at another end to a tray framework. The spring element is fixedly mounted at one end to the tray framework and is connected at another end to its edge member in a biasing relationship. In response to an applied load resulting from a parcel bearing down on the edge member, the support arms pivot downward in a manner sufficient to allow the parcel to reach and then rest on the tray platform. At the same time as the support arms pivot, the spring element deflects. After the package is unloaded from the tray platform, the return action of the spring restores the edge members back to their original location, as guided by the support arms.
System for filling and packing tetrahedral packages
A system for packing a flow of first and second mirrored, irregular tetrahedral packages, each package has two sealed fins, two isosceles right triangle panels and two elongated right triangle panels, where the two isosceles right triangle panels share a leg, and the two elongated right triangle panels share a hypotenuse. The system includes a divider, conveyor, first packing carrier, a first robot picker, a second package carrier and a second robot picker.
Transport apparatus for conveying shoe vamp
A transport apparatus is for conveying a shoe last along a conveying direction, and includes a rail unit, a transport device and a transfer device. The rail unit is divided into process, bridge and transfer regions. The transport device is movably mounted to the rail unit, is movable in the process and bridge regions, and includes a gripper for gripping the shoe last. The transfer device is movably mounted to the rail unit, is movable in the bridge and transfer regions, and includes a holding member for holding the shoe last. When the gripper is in the bridge region, the holding member is operable to hold the shoe last and transfer the shoe last from the gripper to the transfer region.
Unloading device
The present application relates to the field of mechanical engineering technologies, and particularly to an unloading device. The unloading device includes a power mechanism, a transmission mechanism, and an execution mechanism that are connected in sequence from top to bottom; wherein the execution mechanism includes a shafting assembly and a turntable assembly that are connected in sequence from top to bottom; wherein the turntable assembly includes an upper auxiliary fence, a middle main disturbance disk, and a lower reclaiming portion that are arranged in sequence from top to bottom. The unloading device provided by the present application is easy to control, and ensures the reclaiming reliability of the spherical materials and the stability of the sphere flow unloading, which can meet the requirements of long life and reliable operation of the unloading device under light load and low speed working conditions and achieve the convenient maintenance.
Conveyor mechanism with illuminated chamber for concealing coffin
The present invention relates to a conveyor mechanism with illuminated chamber for concealment of coffin consisting of a base or travel platform on which a plurality of rollers are arranged, through which it is possible to manually move a coffin from an open or full vision area to a transition zone that conceals said coffin, where the transition zone is defined from a concealment chamber that covers the rear half of the base or travel platform and in which a tunnel is configured through which the coffin is circulated to reach its final destination, a journey that is carried out accompanied by the light provided by at least two reflector lamps arranged at the bottom of the concealment chamber.
AMBULANCE COT AND LOADING AND UNLOADING SYSTEM
An ambulance cot and cot loading and unloading system for an emergency vehicle comprises a cot having a head end, a base for mounting to a deck of an emergency vehicle, a track mounted for linear movement along said base, and an arm mounted for linear movement along said track from a retracted position to an extended position. The arm is and configured to engage the cot, and wherein when the track is extended along the base and the arm is extended along the track the arm is extended from the base in an extended position and is configured for lifting the cot and providing cantilevered support to the cot while in the extended position.
