PROPPANT DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH METERING CONVEYOR
A proppant container facilitates the transportation of wet sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation. A metering conveyor is positioned between a blender tub and a proppant motive mechanism, such as a conveyor or wash system that receives discharge direct from proppant containers of the type normally used to transport sand in support of a hydraulic fracturing operation. The metering conveyor is fitted with sensors and/or a knife-edge gate that may be used to facilitate flow control operations.
PROPPANT DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH KNIFE-EDGE GATE
A proppant container facilitates the transportation of wet sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation. A metering conveyor is positioned between a blender tub and a proppant motive mechanism, such as a conveyor or wash system that receives discharge direct from proppant containers of the type normally used to transport sand in support of a hydraulic fracturing operation. The metering conveyor is fitted with equipment including a knife-edge gate that may be used to facilitate flow control operations.
PROPPANT DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH INTERMEDIATE SURGE HOPPER
A proppant container facilitates the transportation of wet sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation. A metering conveyor is positioned between a blender tub and a proppant motive mechanism, such as a conveyor or wash system that receives discharge direct from proppant containers of the type normally used to transport sand in support of a hydraulic fracturing operation. The metering conveyor is fitted with equipment including an intermediate surge hopper with a vibration system and a knife-edge gate that may be used to facilitate the operational movement of sand.
PROPPANT DISPENSING SYSTEM WITH VIBRATING CONTAINER
A proppant container facilitates the transportation of wet sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation. The proppant container is part of an overall system that is used to move sand for use as proppant, and is fitted with a vibration system that facilitates the discharge of sand from the container.
Chain conveyor and link for same
A link for a conveyor chain includes a first portion and a second portion laterally spaced apart from the first portion. The first portion includes a first sprocket-engaging pin, and the second portion includes a second sprocket-engaging pin. The first sprocket-engaging pin and the second sprocket-engaging pin protrude laterally away from one another. The first sprocket-engaging pin and the second sprocket-engaging pin may each have an oblong cross-section. At least one retainer can secure a connecting pin against movement relative to at least one of the first portion and the second portion, and each retainer can be positioned substantially within one of the first portion and the second portion.
Pressurizing system for powder supply hopper, gasification facility, integrated gasification combined cycle facility, and method for pressurizing powder supply hopper
Provided is a pressurizing system which includes: a pressurizing nozzle configured to supply a pressurizing gas into a hopper (3) where pulverized coal is accumulated; a filter configured to face a space in the hopper (3) where the pulverized coal is accumulated, and to allow the pressurizing gas to pass through the filter, the filter being provided at an end of the pressurizing nozzle; buffer tanks (5a), (5b) in which a pressurizing gas to be supplied to the hopper (3) is collected at a first predetermined pressure; and a pressure control means configured to start, at a time of starting pressurization of the hopper (3), supply of a pressurizing gas at a second predetermined pressure which is lower than the first predetermined pressure of the pressurizing gas collected in the buffer tanks (5a), (5b).
Auxiliary Transportation and Support System Used after Rapid Excavation
An auxiliary transportation and support system used after rapid excavation is provided. The system includes a crushing and transportation device, a roof bolt support device and a side bolt support device. The crushing and transportation device includes a traveling mechanism, a transportation device, a receiving hopper, and a crushing device. The traveling mechanism is located at a bottom of the crushing and transportation device. A chassis is arranged above the traveling mechanism. The transportation device is mounted on the chassis along a traveling direction of the traveling mechanism. The receiving hopper and the crushing device are both arranged on the transportation device. The roof bolt support device includes a roof bolter, a middle roof bolter and a horizontally telescopic arm which is arranged at a head end of the chassis. The roof bolter is coupled to a movable stretching end of the horizontally telescopic arm.
Conveyor apparatus
A conveyor apparatus includes an endless conveyor belt wound around outgoing path side guide pulleys in turn along a helical conveyance path in a bent state where the belt is folded in two in a width direction such that an upper edge portion thereof is supported by the outgoing path side guide pulleys, and wound around returning path side guide pulleys in turn along the helical conveyance path in the bent state where the belt is folded in two in the width direction such that the upper edge portion is supported by the returning path side guide pulleys, and folded back at each turning positions of a horizontal conveyance unit located at an upper side and a horizontal conveyance unit located at a lower side of the support frame and being in an expanded state where the belt expanded in the width direction in a vicinity of the turning position.
BELT CONVEYOR
A belt conveyor includes: a belt which is supported, rotated and moved by a plurality of rollers, and which moves ore and a product; skirt means which are installed on both sides over the belt along a longitudinal direction, and which prevent the ore and the product from being scattered; impact bar means which are installed beneath both sides of the belt, and which rub against the belt and also support the bottom surface of the belt; and impact bar fastening means which are installed beneath the impact bar means, and which support the lower ends of the impact bar means; wherein the impact bar means are installed in transverse directions along the longitudinal direction of the belt, and the impact bar means are detachably installed in left-right directions.
FEEDER
A feeder is described for the conveyance of material such as overburden or mineral from a working site, the feeder comprising a feed device having a material receiving end having a material receiving apron suitable for receiving material such as overburden or mineral at a working site; a material discharge end distal of the material receiving end; an endless conveyor disposed between the material receiving apron and the discharge end so as in use to cause material received at the material receiving apron to be conveyed to the material discharge end; a chassis supporting the feed device; a transport carriage supporting the chassis and adapted to cause the feeder to be movable across a surface for deployment in use. A system A system and method for the movement of material from a working site for example via transport trucks are also described.
